super busy weekend
Hey you all! I am so excited this morning! I am 171 now. I know the scales fluctuate, but I sure am enjoying this after seeing it fluctuate the other way
We had a super busy weekend and got a lot done! My goals for today are to get walk in and also no eating after 7:30pm. Kimby I can definitely see the scales going down...and thanks to your advice in more water intake! I believe it is helping me loads!!!
I also got my exercise in each day! YEAH!!! over the weekend that is!
Well, will write more later. We are being swamped here at work and will be the whole week.
Will check in here when I can...have a great day and healthy eating.

TGIF
TGIF-WOOOOOOOOOHOOOOOOOO!
Ok, I just got back from my walk and feeling great. I took my H2O with me and drink as I am walking and I didnt get as hot. I can definitely tell the humidity is dropping today-oh yeah! It was unbearable the past couple of days and i had to cut my walk short a little.
My goals for this weekend are :
1. stick to cut off eating time 7:30pm ( weekends are the hardest to keep with this)
2. get walk in every day
3. 50 crunches a day ( i have not been doing
)
4. drink tons of H2O at the least 8-8oz glasses=64 oz a day.
My goal for next week is to weigh 170...that is healthy-2 pounds per week. We will see how I do. 
Let's have a good report on Monday everyone! I will probably not put another post till Monday...I have to go out of state this weekend

Still 172
Good morning!
This morning I woke up and ran to the scales just to make sure it still said 172 and it does! YEAH! I am so encouraged about that! I was kind of doubting myself when I made my goal after starting TOM. Thank God I did it! Yeah!
Thanks for all the encouragement on this! It helps so much to get comments from everyone!
The heat was absolutely sweltering yesterday!!! I took the kids to the pool and jumped in myself ...whew it felt so good!!!
Well, keep up the great work you all! We can do this!!
PS. I changed my weightloss chart to reflect how much I have lost since January 2007

I am 172 today...
I am so excited! I got on the scales today and 172-yeah! I am sorry for not blogging last couple of days...so so busy here at work!
I will write more tomorrow!! I was so encouraged about weight and even on TOM!
We can do this you all!!!

Monday again...
Hey! Happy Monday! It is soooooo hot around here! Had a nice weekend though...did great on eating- did not give in to the pizza. I ate before party so I was not starving.
Went swimming on Saturday at the party...fun and that is basically only thing enjoyable considering the scorching heat
I could have spent the whole day in there
T.O.M. came this weekend so I hope it doesnt stop my goal of getting to 173 by Friday...cause usually I do good on maintaining on TOM.
I forgot about coming in here to work early to workout in the gym...tomorrow!! I have to do it tomorrow! PROMISE
I actually remembered it as I was walking in the door 10 minutes before I start work. So you all I promise I WILL make it in early to do my workout!!
Going to see Underdog tonight.
My goals for today:
get my walk in at lunch
eat healthy and not after 7:30pm.

FRIDAY IS HERE
My fave day of the week is here-Friday!
Tonight we are meeting with some friends to play volleyball and basketball, watch movies, and eat (they said pizza, but not me
on the pizza). I love basketball it has got to be my fave sport.
We have a going away party for one our friends tomorrow-they are leaving the country. I promise...no junk at the party!
Soooooo..I am going to have some little temptations over the weekend. I am going to report in here bright and early Monday morning so I know that I have you all to be accountable to.
My goals for today are to get walk in at lunch and walk in with family after work. My other goal is by next Friday to be down two pounds. My weight has been going haywire, not by any drastic measures...but up two pounds, down two pounds....so I am going to revamp AGAIN my eating and exercising. Today I am going to drink more H2O, and still keep with my cut off time of not eating after 7:30. Guess what else I am planning-I am getting up early Monday morning and going to come in early to workout in the gym. I enjoy doing that. I might try the weight machines here at work
I have got to start losing again!
I know I can if I change some things-ANY TIPS?
This is what I have eaten so far:
Breakfast: cheerios

One more day till the weekend
Oh yeah-it is one more day till the weekend!
Just reporting in that I did awesome on cut off time of eating. Maybe I am actually going to make this a habit! I have heard that it take about 21 days to start a habit-so 19 more days till that happens.
I think I overdosed on watermelon last evening. I need to check to see how many calories are in that
Can there be too much of a good thing? I had about four pieces
so sweet and juicy! yum!
I got my walk in at lunch yesterday, but no toning. I gotta do it today. I know why I keep procrastinating on the toning cause I honestly hate it
, but I know that it will help me gain muscle and lose faster (so I have heard).
My goals for today:
1. walk at lunch
2. walk with family after work or DVD
3. TONING-I know I keep writing this in here
but I really need to do this. Only did once last week...so I need to up it to two this week!

sticking to the plan
Hey you all! Good morning!
Well, I am happy to report in today that I stuck to my plan on not eating late-yeah! I am excited that I was able to do this!
I ate good yesterday also-no sweets or junk
I am realizing that this is one day at a time and even if I mess up I need to get back on the wagon. Also I am thinking I need to plan some cheat days or cheat meal...do you all do that? so you wont feel so deprived sometimes. Then I will know when I am getting my sweet. Actually I think I might get some more jello SF that seems to help with the sweet tooth!
Well, I am heading out for a walk. Same goal as yesterday...no eating past cut off time. I need to also get my toning in cause didn't get in last night.
WE CAN DO IT!!! I WILL DO IT!!

GOOD NEWS
Happy Tuesday morning!
I wanted to share with you all something I am sooooo happy about and have been praying about! Well, my dh is from different country (PNG) and there is some red tape that you have to go through as far legal status...well, thank God it is all approved and everything is complete! We will be getting card in the mail in 10-14 days. Isnt that awesome?
about diet...I am honestly not doing so hot. I have been exercising awesome!!!! but not eating so hot. I had chips this weekend. I never eat chips! I did a bad no no. Well, you all I am back with the program today!
I know that i can do this!!!!!!
I already got in a 45 minute walk this morning-YEAH! My goals for later tonight are to stick to my cutoff time of eating and to get in some toning!!

three day weekend!
TGIF! 
and I am so glad cause I have a three day weekend. I have Monday off -I probably wont sleep in though. I dont know how long it has been since I slept in. I love early mornings!
I got walk in yesterday and feeling great! Got two walks in actually. One at lunch and one after work! I gotta do my weight training again tonight and I am also going to attempt to do again on Sunday!
Todays goals! Do not eat past cut off time and get in weight training! Also walk on lunch break. This day is going to be crazy...here at work our systems are completely down. I am so so happy it is Friday!! I am counting down the hours to leave work...5 hours 48 minutes in counting!
We can do this you all...one day at a time!
