sooooo busy
Good morniing everyone!
How are you all doing? I was so busy yesterday that I have been doing awful awful awful on eating. Not a good excuse right? I thought so. I was snacking on some miniature candy bars that I actually bought for someone else but they didnt want them.
What am I going to do about this? kick in into high geer by drinking, drinking, drinking water today!! Going for two walks...or totalling 1 hour at least for one whole walk. Do toning. No eating past 7:30-wish me luck!
I can do this and so can you! The scales are moving up today and thas is sad for me today...I had been doing so good! Well, I am still not giving up! I went into the bathroom and saw how well my clothes are fitting and that is encouragement enough for me to not give up on this! oh-I also had a frosty this weekend. I enjoyed every spoon! BUT, no more!
Talk more on Monday! Will let you know how I did!!

Busy weekend planned...
Good morning!
I am running late here! I have such a busy weekend!!! I am going to do some overtime here at work, I have to go out of town for business, I have to get kids school supplies and clothes. My husbands close friends are coming over from Papua New Guinea on Sunday! Whew...that is a lot, right?
I am doing awesome so far on cut off time last night! I didnt get in toning, but will tonight!! I promise you that! HA! I have to!
I am starting my night classes next week to finish my degree -yeah me! I am sooooo excited about this! I am going to be a school girl! 
My kids start school Monday and for some reason I was thinking it was Thursday...so I have got to get in gear!
Todays Goals
stick to cut off time
walk at lunch
do strenth today and on Sunday of the weekend.
For the weekend -walk, walk, walk!! every day!!

TGIF eve
Good morning!
I lost that one pound that popped back on earlier this week-YEAH!!!!
Our familiy went on evening walk and I believe that helped!! I would love love love to weigh 169 by Sunday! I know I keep saying it...but I have to keep reminding myself!
I didnt eat late last night! yeah me! One day down a gazillion to go...just joking
I am so happy I did it! Makes me feel awesome when I wake up the next morning
The heat index today is supposed to be scorching...they are even closing public schools early. So, I might be making my rounds inside today during lunch for my walk. Well considering our manager measured it is one mile to cafeteria I should be able to accomplish that!
I almost forgot to tell you-a miracle occured in our house last night-my dh did the dishes!! Ok, he cooks, cleans, does laundry, vacuums and all of that, but dishes? huh uh...I could count on my fingers how many times he has done that. He did it a lot when I was pregnant. Anyways..it made my day!
Also, I am starting to be able to fit into my skinnier wardrobe I am wearing an outfit I have not been able to wear since last year cause of weight. It feels sooo good!!!
Goals for today
drink H2o ( i bought a bottle of water so I only need to drink two of those)
go for walk at lunch
toning tonight
no eating late!
We can do this you all!!! Let's go!

ups and downs
Hey everyone!
I have some good and bad news so going to start off with the good news first. I did my strength workout again-I didnt procrastinate till later in the week! Yeah me! So now I am going to try to do Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday of each week. It gets easier to fit in. I am actually not dreading anymore. The bum is a little sore, but maybe I wil be seeing that shrink in a couple of weeks
The other good news is my dh got the job he was applying for-yahooooo! We thank God so much for this! We had been praying for the right one to call him back. Awesome huh?
Now for the not so good news. I have NOT been keeping to cut off time. I know that when I do not do this...it is hard for me to lose. The weekends always get me outta whack. Sooooooo I am going to try to be more accountable to you all about this. The one thing that keeps me up on this is knowing I got to report to you all about it. So in the morning first thing I am going to let you know if I kept to cut off time.
Exercise is going great-I dont struggle with that at all because I enjoy it!
Saying no to eating late tonight!! Have a great day everyone! Keep up the great work!!

Happy it is Tuesday
You know why I am happy it is Tuesday? cause it is one day closer to the weekend-
How is everyone doing?
I have a question...does anyone else do this? When they are doing so awesome and they see the pounds start shedding...they almost think they are invincible and eat something they shouldn't. Well, I ate some sausages....salty one...well, I think they all are salty
, but you get the pic. I am thinking they made me hold water...I ate it a little too late. So I am up about one pound. I am hoping to be able to reach my goal of being in the 160's this week. Just 169 and I will be exctatic!
Something encouraging for me yesterday is I saw a friend of mine and they said "man, girl you have lost a lot of weight." that made me sooooooooooo happy! Oh yeah!!
My goals for today:
walk at lunch
get tons of water in
do toning this evening (I am not dreading those so much now)
no eating after 7:30 (last night I did eat later...
)
Anyways, I am not giving up! We can do this you all!!!

happy monday
Happy monday you all! I am trying to convince myself of that
Guess what I got two strength workouts in this weekend-on Friday and then on Sunday...isnt that awesome? so I got three in total for the whole week! It feels awesome to accomplish a goal then exceed that
If I can do this I know that you all can!!!
Well, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday I am going to be super busy and will by super busy so I will not be able to post as much as I want. I will post when I can...but I will be busy. Still keeping on with the diet and exercise though-gotta stick with that!
We can do this you all-I know we can! Keep encouraged and an awesome Monday!!!

It is Friday you all!
Good morning and so glad it is Friday!
I already got my green tea in-this one is cranberry pomegranate-pretty tasty!
I didnt get any workout whatsoever in yesterday...so I will call that my day off. When got home from work we had some friends come over till late.
Back to the grind today.
My clothes are getting looser and it feels awesome! Dont you love that feelin'? It is exciting!
My goals for the weekend are:
walk every single day at least 30 minutes.
do 50 crunches a day.
get my 64 oz of H2O in.
get one more strength workout in.
Have a wonderful weekend everyone! Keep up the awesome work you are doing on weightloss!!
Also, I am making a goal to be in the 160's next week...and I am taking 169 or 168...or less...any of those numbers I would love to see.

I did it...I got my strenth training in:)
Good morning everyone!
Just reporting in that I did get my strength training in!! YEAH! I knew I had to post something in here to you all and didnt want to post that I didnt get it done. THANKS everyone for that boost of motivation for me! You are all awesome!
I also took kids biking yesterday! My little guy wanted his training wheels off...I had tried to get them to do before but he was not ready. As soon as we took them off he was zooming past us without the training wheels
He knew he was ready! I am so proud of him!
I didnt eat past 7:30 yahoooooooooo!! I am making this a habit...that was my goal to do that. Hard at first, but well worth it!
My goals for today:
#1 50 ab crunches
#2 no eating past 7:30pm
#3 walk at lunch break
#4 drink tons of H2O!
How is everyone doing? I had my one cup of green tea yesterday with passionfruit in there...not bad with some splenda.

I am 170
I am so psyched this morning...I am officially 170! Yeah! It is so exciting to reach a goal...after all that plateauing.
The big humongous thing I have been changing recently is not eating late and drinking more H2O! (thanks to Kimby on that one
)
We can really do this...if I can...I know that you all can. Remember to just keep at it!
Ok, now tonight I really have to do my toning exercises. I keep putting it on my list of goals then dont do them. So everyone I have to, have to do them tonight and I will report back in here if I got them done, OK?
My goals for today:
#1 do toning exercises tonight 
#2 go for walk at lunch
#3 go biking with kids after work
#4 no eating after 7:30pm tonight

Oh, and I almost forgot to ask...anyone a green tea drinker here? I have heard that drinking 2 cups (I think) can make you burn like 100 more calories a day. So, I am thinking about starting drinking that again. Any thoughts on that?

Good morning!
Good morning everyone! I have missed not being able to post as much!! I have been swamped lately at work and home...soooooo
You know what I was thinking yesterday that I have never seen the 160's. About three years ago I started gaining and gained total of about 45 pounds...in that gain I have never seen 160's. I have bounced from 175 to 185-195 in my weight gains and losses...so I am so looking forward to in the month of August getting into the 160's. That is one of mini goals-I can do this-we all can!!
I got my two walks in yesterday-yeah me!
Some of my goals:
1. I am still trying to drink more H2O!
2. I wanna still stick to cut off time today.
3. Tonight gotta get my weight training in...so I can burn more calories.
4. reach 170 by Friday.
