Good morning!
T.O.M. is here...came last Friday and kind of struggling to be honest! I got the munchies. I have been doing pretty good but definitely not sticking to any cut off time at all. HELP!
Well, I just have to kick it into high gear this week. I have still been exercising...just at super slow speed it seems!
Today I plan to :
*walk at lunch
*walk after work
*do toning
*no eating past 7:30pm
I can do this-I am tryiing to convince myself of that today! HA!!

Good morning and happy Friday!
How is everyone doing on weightloss? I joined the 5 pound challenge with Kimby and several others. So I am making some goals for myself for the weekend so I wont fail and will be prepared for it cause I usually do bad on weekends-but not this weekend!!
We can do this everyone!! YAY!!
Goals for Friday Saturday Sunday
walk at lunch
dvd
walk in morning
drink lots of water
before church
no eating junk
no eating past 7:30 all weekend
do strength
WE CAN DO THIS THIS EVERYONE!!!

today is my night class
Good morning!
Today is my busiest day of the whole week. My night class is this evening. I woke up early so that I could get my walk in before work and guess what? it is too dark for me to walk outside before work now...isnt that sad? Well, I am going to have to adjust...
I got absolutely no workout in yesterday...I was so busy getting paper done for class. I dont want to put workouts on a backburner...so I am going to have to rethink my plan!!
Goals for today:
eat healthy
walk at lunch
drink lots of water
17 days till I have to be at mini goal of weightloss of 5 pounds. We can do this girls!!

Happy hump day!
Good morning!
Had a nice Labor Day weekend ! Did you all? Something funny or not so funny to people involved. We were sitting there watching the fireworks downtown...along the interstate tons of cars parked and walked to see the fireworks...meanwhile the police were calling the tow trucks and they were towing away all the cars two by two. I bet there were going to be some mighty angry people when they returned and might have another set of fireworks!!
I got on the scales this morning and it read 168-woohoo. Then I got back on it five seconds later...and it read 170 again. What?
That is ok...cause by October I am going to weigh 162-yeah!! I can do this!! The question is what am I going to do differently?
walk before work
Monday, Wednesday, Friday-strength workout (today!)
walk my usual lunch walk
no eating after 7:30pm I have been slacking there

So glad it is Friday!! yeah!
Had a fun night at class last night. We took a personality quize and was quite interesting!!
We did a lot of fun activities too! YEAH!!
I am so psyched for the weekend, aren't you?
Yeah! What am I going to do? 1. Enjoy time with my family!! 2. get tons of walking and toning in! 3. go to BIG fireworks downtown (my friend is coming from W.V to see them 4. cookout!
Healthy goals for the weekend:
walk every day
drink tons of water
do toning tonight and Sunday
try new exercise DVD once this weekend
What are your goals? We can do this everyone-Lets have a great weekend eating and exercising wise!!
Have you all been to Victoria's Secret lately?
I went there a couple of days and they have an awesome sale!! Yeah...I love their lotions!! 6 for $30! I got some of the strawberry champagne and seduction. They smell sooo yummy!

I just got back from lunch break and my walk and I am energized! I was feeling blah this morning cause of my hectic schedule today...but I am going to get through it!

Exercise and all that
Good morning!!!I am just checking in with you all! Guess what? I have not gotten my strength training in at all this week
I know I will not get done tonight...I have night class starting tonight. Let me see, I have to get it done...I will plan on doing them Friday and Sunday now. That is doable-I think!!
Yeah, I can do it!
I have been rethinking some things today...a friend here at work asked me if I wanna join their spinning class so I might be frequenting the gym downstairs more. I am going to schedule an assessment on Tuesday. Wish me luck! I am psyched about starting this...I wanna get in the habit of going down there some cause the weather is going to be getting cold (unfortunately) sooner than we think
!
Any plans for your labor day weekend? I have a friend coming from W.V. I am soooo excited!
They have humongo fireworks on Sunday we are all going to also! Monday- a cookout...gotta think of some healthy snacks to bring so I wont be munchin' on the junk food

Good morning!
Well, I went to the meeting yesterday with my youngest daughter to meet her teacher and guess what? I went to her appointment on the wrong day-
It is for Wednesday at the same time. So, my husband is going to be going to today's appointment.
Our friends are flying in today from Papua New Guinea
I have not seen her in 6 years. Anyways...
My goals for today are:
get walk in
no eating after 7:30pm
I am still hanging on to 170! I didnt get any strength or walk in yesterday

Met the goals!
Good morning!
I got my two exercises in yesterday-one during lunch and the other after dinner with the family! yeah me! We took the kids biking and I walked! We got our youngest a new bike and she was so happy! 
Today I have to leave work early to go meet youngest girl's teacher for her entrance test into kindergarten.
My goals for today are:
Go for walk!
no eating after 7:30!
drink bunches of water!
do strength today!
We can do this you all! Looking to report good news tomorrow that I met all of my goals!

New day...
Good morning you all!
It is a new day and new week! I am sooo thankful for that. I honestly did awful this weekend! You name it and I was craving it! I gave in to my cravings also! I was scared to do it, but I got on the scales this morning...and they are only up a pound...I am so lucky I think. Anyways, back with the program...
Still wanting to reach 169 in month of August...let's see if I can do it!
Well, I am picking myself up and not giving up!
My goals for today are:
go for walk
drink tons of water
go for walk after work too
no eating past 7:30pm
I get an email every morning from Joel Olsteen ministries. The verse in there was just for me! It is very simple. "Look straight ahead" Proverbs 4:25. I dont need to focus on the weekend or how awful I did this weekend. I need to focus on what is straight ahead!
