It is Wednesday
Time has been flying too fast! I get home from work and I really love spending time with my family. I am such a family oriented person. It seems like as soon as I am getting home it is time to get ready for bed. I try to get kids in bed by 9-9:30pm. Do any of you know how I can have more hours in the day? 
Enough about that
We went for family walk and got everyone involved on this one again-yay! Dh is wanting to lose weight again so I have a partner in crime again!! YAY!
My goals for today are:
walk at lunch
workout after work.
tomorrow morning I want to wake up at 5 am so I can have quiet time and walk before work!
and of course no eating past 7:30-oh yeah!
since this is Wednesday...you know I gotta do is toning again!!
We can do this you all!

I did it
I did it you all! I kept to my cut off time of not eating past 7:30-oh yeah!
I have a close friend that lives in Canada...we went to college together and we still keep in touch...guess what...I sent her a pic and she said I look great-she can tell I have lost a lot of weight. Thanks Becca cause I needed that today!
My goals for today are:
walk after work (cannot walk at lunch cause have a meeting)
do a dvd I got from library! Oh yeah!
No eating past 7:30 again!
No eating processed foods (crackers) I try to stay clear away from them. They honestly bog me down!
I forgot to mention I had a fun weekend-shopping! I got me some clothes that fit perfectly!! YAY!

It's Monday-what more can i say? :)
Well, it has been a bad weekend eating wise AHHH!
I even had a great plan to avoid this! What am I going to do to change?
Starting today:
1. get my walk in at lunch
2. get toning in M-W-F!!!!!
3. get some sort of workout in the evening (DVD, walk)
4. no eating past 7:30pm

Presentation
Hey! I did good on presentation! YAY me! We did it as a team and that makes it oh so much easier! God definitely helped me with that!
I ate late everyone! I had no supper and ate when i got home at 10...that is definite no no!
What am I going to do to prevent that from happening again? I am going to do what I did last week-take my supper to work with me so I can eat after work or stop and get something healthy on the way.
What are your plans for the weekend? My dh's birthday is today. We sang to him bright and early this morning
Going to do something special for him tonight!!
My goals for today?
Get my walk in!
No eating past 7:30pm
get toning in.
relax, cause I dont have class for two weeks!!

Busy day today
Today is a super busy day. Looking forward to getting it over with!
I got up at 5am this morning and got some finishing touches to homework. The presentation is tonight. We are doing it in a team. There is four of us and we will do it one at a time. Sooo...I am not as anxious as I was before. I have been praying about it and I know God will give me strength to get through it. I have heard speakers say that when you are up there imagine the audience is all in their underwear. I dont know if I am going to take that advice
Today my exercise goals are to walk at lunch and do strength training when I get home from school tonight!
Guess what-I did not eat past 7:30pm last night! YAY!
I alo got our family walk in! I love those times with them!

Good morning!
Hey everyone!
I have been so busy with work, school, family and no time to get on here. I have not forgot about dieting and eating healthy though. I have been slacking on getting in family walk at night and I know the kids are missing that-I am too! I am going to make sure I get that with them tonight!!
Have any of you ate strawberries on your salad? yum, yum and yum! kind of unique taste and I enjoyed it cause it was different! Last night we had food from dh's country. So yum-it was my fave kassava. I love that stuff. He makes with coconut milk! 
My goals for today are to walk at lunch and after work with family. I also need to get my "yoga booty ballet' DVD.
Oh I almost forgot to share-My dh said my bottom is getting smaller! That is my problem area-so I am loving those compliments!!

Happy Monday
I am trying to convince myself that it is a happy Monday! HA!
I kind of did awful this weekend! As far as eating late. Not really discouraged about it cause I am not giving up. I have a set plan of action!! We went to Indiana and saw my parents and they are doing really well! We also had visitors the whole weekend so they went with us to Indiana. It my little's boy's friend from PNG. So I had four kiddos-just for the weekend though

go to bed earlier so I can get up earlier to exercise
drink more H2O
walk at lunch
toning Monday, Wednesday, Friday!

size 12
Good morning!
Sorry for not being able to post as much on peoples blog...I am kind of running behind this week!
I have some catching up to do!
Class was good last night! We have two presentations to do for next Thursday...one is 60 seconds and the other is two minutes. Guess what one of my biggest fears are next to drowning-it is public speaking. So if you think of me...say a prayer. I want to overcome this fear and it looks like I wont have a choice in these classes
I am facing the fear
Guess what else-I am in a size 12 straight skirt. Last time I was mentioning how I was in size 10 wraparound skirt. Well, this one you cant adjust...so a real size 12! Praise the Lord. He has been helping me with the weightloss as well as my weightloss buddies on here! Thanks everyone for comments!!
Today I am writing down my goals on paper for the weekend so I can look at them on the fridge when I get home. Thanks to someones advice on here! 
Heading to Indiana for weekend to see parents. My dad was rushed to heart hospital in Indy last week so I want to go see them. Talk more later!

I am 168
I am so excited I weigh 168 today...so 3 more pounds till my goal next Sunday. Yay! YAY!!
This weather has been so lovely, hasnt it?
I am fighting the cold and flu right now...yuk!!! I am popping the dayquil gel tabs. I am so glad they have those cause the syrup makes me gag. I am at least feeling better than last night-I was aching all over.
We can so do this! Busy day today and I am ready for it. I am going to walk at lunch. That is abuot all I will get in cause of school.

he won a bike
I have been up since 4am this morning!! Doing what you may be wandering...I finished some homework (that is only time I am going to get things done-when kids are asleep
) After that I did strength training and then went for a 15 minute walk with my daughter!
YAY me cause usually I am napping and pressing the snooze button on the alarm at that time!
Guess what...some cool news from my kiddos. My little boy won a bike from the library! Yay! He was so excited! He was in the summer reading program and he would stay up till midnight reading. So I was sooooo proud of him!! YAY!
He already has one, but is going to give his old one to his new friend that just came over from Papua New Guinea.
What are my goal for today?
walk at lunch.
drink more H2O.
walk after work and let kids ride their bikes.
