Hey you all!

Hey you all!  Just got back from my wonderful walk!

I have been so stressed lately and busy I  might add!  Let me explain a little.  #1We have our close friend from PNG that are moving close to us...so we have been helping them find a place. #2 I think I have PMS ( that is different story).  #3 They are trying to get their licensure also (our friends). #4 I have three friends that are trying to get on here at my work.  #5 Homework.   I have been a slacker in the eating healthy and exercise department.  I asked my sistersinChrist group to give me a kick and Shawns di!  Thanks Shawns!  I think it is working!

Oh, I wanted to share that I got an A- on my first class-yay!!

Thats great!!!   And I hope you are able to plan your day despite the busy busy surroundings.  Its hard, and is it just me or is October always just crappy?!

What a great day for a walk.  Am glad you were able to get it in. 

On one of my cardio coach cd's, the lady says...

"If you let some time slip between your workouts, you don't make a big deal of it, or use it as an excuse to give up.  You just suit up, show up, and get back in the game"!

From what I've read about you so far, I know this is your attitude.   Look forward to hearing about you "showing up".  :) I know you will do it!  ~Alicia

Congratulations!!! A- is still an A! Good job. Sorry to know you are stressed out, I hate being stressed out. But as you know, working out helps right? so keep doing that, I know you are going to feel relaxed. But I still wonder, how you do it!!! family, job, and school!!!  You are doing an excellent job :)
