My DVDs from library

Good morning!!

How is everyone doing?  It is rainy here and I love it!!  I got a mini walk in yesterday and picked up some more exercise DVD's from library-yoga booty ballet and Denise Austin lose 10 pounds DVD.  I have decided that I am going to do the Denise Austin once a day in the mornings before work...cause it is getting too dark to try to get a walk in the mornings before work!  That is my goal this week.  It has two different workouts and one is toning-yay!!

My goals for today:

Do some reading for my class

Do my yoga booty ballet DVD after work

Walk the stairs here at work cause it is raining.

Also, I went out on a limb and bought rasberry salad dressing we will see how it tastes...my  fave is ranch

Let's kick it into high geer you all!

You're right..it is getting darker and darker.. =( Ah well. We can get thru this by either working out at home or going to the gym where it's always sunny ;)

Hoosier Girl:
I got  your comment on my blog about your birthday Oct. 20th.  Mine is Oct. 27th, and I'd like to weigh 159 by then. But thats seven pounds away and it seems unrealistic. I just read somebody else's blog she didn't make her goal by her birthday and I dont want to set up myself for failure. 

JUst one day at  a time and trying as hard as I can.  Good job on your walk yesterday, and being brave enough to challenge yourself to dvd workouts.

Good alternative

I'll have to keep that in mind when it's too dark and rainy out to walk.  It has to be really POURING for me to skip my walk, though.  Walking the stairs at work is also an excellent idea.

Your workout routine sounds like fun!...When u do the Denise Austin tape, give us some feedback...I think I need more variety..but I'm so picky when it comes to aerobic...have a good day and skinny vibes to u!
