It's Monday-what more can i say? :)
Well, it has been a bad weekend eating wise AHHH!
I even had a great plan to avoid this! What am I going to do to change?
Starting today:
1. get my walk in at lunch
2. get toning in M-W-F!!!!!
3. get some sort of workout in the evening (DVD, walk)
4. no eating past 7:30pm

Don't give up!
It's not over..you'll have plenty of other weekends that you can behave ;) You'll learn with time and sometimes it's ok to eat a bit of junk during the weekend, heck, we're human arent we?? :P

You will get back on track on the weekends. I really think the time of year or the phase of the moon or the funk of fall has gotten to a lot of us. Maybe our brains are just taking a leave of absence and forgot to tell us LOL. Blessings to you for strength to reach your goals. Chargail

Case of the Mondays . . .
Seems like it's happening to a lot of people. But look on the bright side - Monday means a brand new beginning to a week of good work on the weight loss front!
