Presentation

Hey!  I did good on presentation!  YAY me!  We did it as a team and that makes it oh so much easier!  God definitely helped me with that!

I ate late everyone!  I had no supper and ate when i got home at 10...that is definite no no!  What am I going to do to prevent that from happening again?  I am going to do what I did last week-take my supper to work with me so I can eat after work or stop and get something healthy on the way.

What are your plans for the weekend?  My dh's birthday is today.  We sang to him bright and early this morning  Going to do something special for him tonight!!

My goals for today?

Get my walk in!

No eating past 7:30pm

get toning in.

relax, cause I dont have class for two weeks!!

Today is my oldest son's birthday.........

Thanks for your comments on my post.  My dh was diagnosed with M.S. around 1984.  I think he was suffering from that for at least five years before diagnosis.  Hope your mom is doing okay.  My husband's relapses always come in the fall or early winter, almost like clockwork. And then afterward he is left a little worse off  than before.  It is a maddening disease to deal with.

Remember this is the home stretch! Kick yourself into gear and go for it! Make sure you do your DVD form the library! Glad to hear your presentation went well.  Am sure you will enjoy your break from school.Do you like shakes?  When I have to eat later in the evening, shakes seem to help.  Not my favorite thing in the world, but when made with skim milk, it doesn't seem as heavy as food.  Is that something you could do if you have to eat late.I will continue to pray that you meet your goals.  Have a great weekend.

Way to go on your presentation. I pack my food for the day in a cooler and take it with me. It has helped so much with keeping me from buying extra food or eating really late at night when I get home.

Night time eating

How do you do it? I have such a hard time not eating after 7:30. Especially on the weekend! This whole weekend was just a big ol' mess. Any tips?
