Good morning and happy Friday!

How is everyone doing on weightloss?  I joined the 5 pound  challenge with Kimby and several others.  So I am making some goals for myself for the weekend so I wont fail and will be prepared for it cause I usually do bad on weekends-but not this weekend!!    We can do this everyone!! YAY!!

Goals for Friday               Saturday                         Sunday

walk at lunch          dvd                        walk in morning

drink lots of water                                       before church

no eating junk

no eating past 7:30 all weekend

do strength

WE CAN DO THIS THIS EVERYONE!!!

I think you're right!

I think it probably timed out because I have seen some longer messages. My problem is I can't type! I am soooooooo slow! And that we need to make sure we are logged in (if the time out theory is right) I think maybe it is though. I posted 3 separate times to say what I was trying to say. Great plan!  Weekends are always so tough for me as well!  Which is why labor day kicked my butt!  A 3 day weekend plus a half day that Friday...i totally fell off the wagon!

I made my plans for this weekend and put them on my calendar...my phone will actually remind me 15 mins before i said i was going to work out.  I have planned my meals out as well so i don't have excuses! 

We can knock out this weekend healthy style!  Keep up the great work!

Great attitude!!  so Im curious, are you going to weigh yourself during the challenge, or wait until the end.  Not that there is any kind of rule, just I'm curious.
I know you can do well over the weekends, good luck, you can do this!!!

Weekebds are the time I always find it hard to stay on plan. I think having some goals is a great idea to stop this from happening. Hope they worked for you x x
