TGIF
So glad it is Friday!! yeah!
Had a fun night at class last night. We took a personality quize and was quite interesting!!
We did a lot of fun activities too! YEAH!!
I am so psyched for the weekend, aren't you? 
Yeah! What am I going to do? 1. Enjoy time with my family!! 2. get tons of walking and toning in! 3. go to BIG fireworks downtown (my friend is coming from W.V to see them 4. cookout!
Healthy goals for the weekend:
walk every day
drink tons of water
do toning tonight and Sunday
try new exercise DVD once this weekend
What are your goals? We can do this everyone-Lets have a great weekend eating and exercising wise!!
Have you all been to Victoria's Secret lately? I went there a couple of days and they have an awesome sale!! Yeah...I love their lotions!! 6 for $30! I got some of the strawberry champagne and seduction. They smell sooo yummy!

What new tape are you trying this week? The news ones i ordered should be here soon for me to try. I love the ones i have now but i want a little mix up during the week!

Sounds like you have a great weekend planned. Enjoy time with your friend and the fireworks. Your goals seem like great ones. I hope to exercise 2 times during the next 4 days. That could be challenging, but a good goal for me. Glad you like my username. I like it too - though sometimes the way my 2 teenagers and 1 preteen say "Mooom" makes me want to hide in my bed or hide my wallet. :)

Or if you're my sister in law, you say, "vickie's" LOL! I love VS bras. Body by Victoria are my favorite, most comfortable bra I've ever worn.
