Before After

ups and downs

Hey everyone!

I have some good and bad news so going to start off with the good news first.  I did my strength workout again-I didnt procrastinate till later in the week!  Yeah me!  So now I am going to try to do Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday of each week.  It gets easier to fit in.  I am actually not dreading anymore.  The bum is a little sore, but maybe I wil be seeing that shrink in a couple of weeks

The other good news is my dh got the job he was applying for-yahooooo!  We thank God so much for this!  We had been praying for the right one to call him back.  Awesome huh?

Now for the not so good news.  I have NOT been keeping to cut off time.  I know that when I do not do this...it is hard for me to lose.  The weekends always get me outta whack.  Sooooooo I am going to try to be more accountable to you all about this.  The one thing that keeps me up on this is knowing I got to report to you all about it.  So in the morning first thing I am going to let you know if I kept to cut off time.

Exercise is going great-I dont struggle with that at all because I enjoy it!

Saying no to eating late tonight!! Have a great day everyone! Keep up the great work!!

Good Job

Good job on the strength training!  Buns of steel coming soon! :-D

You can do this!  Stay strong! :-D  Have a great wednesday!

Congrats!

You are doing great with your strength training! I'm glad you no longer dread it. :) Also, congrats to your hubby for the new job! Don't beat yourself up too much about not sticking to your cut off time. Tomorrow is a new day, and you'll do it today. Thanks for checking in on me, and I'll be sure to check on you tomorrow to make sure you stuck to that cut off time!

Yay!

That's great about hubby's new job!!  And great job on the strength workouts!

awesome

Glad you got in your strength training! Way to go!   Good to hear about you dh getting the job!

Eating late night is a hard habit to break but you can do it! I don't know what I am going to do once my classes start back up. I can't eat just before working out and when the classes are done it will be late! I have to come up with some sort of healthy eating plan for my late evenings so I don't splurge on the road back home. I eat some energy bars but for dinner they just won't be enough to satisfy. I'll figure something out. I have almost a month to come up with a brilliant idea.  Have a awesome day!    Shawn

Congrats!

Congrats to your DH!  Also, congrats on getting your strength training done :)

And thank you for the comment on my blog :)

Awesome

Yay and praise God with you all for the new job for dh!  Has to be a relief.  Whatever you do, don't beat yourself up for your setbacks.  Keep up the great work!!

YEA for good news

Wonderful news about your hubby getting the job.  Also great about your strength training.   The eating past cut off time is TOUGH.  I know as I am living proof.

You are doing so good, you are so blessed!!!!  Don't ever forget that.   May God grant you rich blessings.   Chargail

Congrats to the both of you!

Congrats to hubby and to you for sticking to your plan..... ÜÜÜ

Hey there!

You are doing awesome on your goals. It is just a matter of time before you get a handle on the late night munchies. Keep up the awesome work.

I have been drinking another 20 oz bottle of water before I go to bed to keep me from eating. It does mean I have to get up to pee, but at least I am not eating right before bed anymore.
