You know why I am happy it is Tuesday? cause it is one day closer to the weekend-
How is everyone doing?
I have a question...does anyone else do this? When they are doing so awesome and they see the pounds start shedding...they almost think they are invincible and eat something they shouldn't. Well, I ate some sausages....salty one...well, I think they all are salty, but you get the pic. I am thinking they made me hold water...I ate it a little too late. So I am up about one pound. I am hoping to be able to reach my goal of being in the 160's this week. Just 169 and I will be exctatic!
Something encouraging for me yesterday is I saw a friend of mine and they said "man, girl you have lost a lot of weight." that made me sooooooooooo happy! Oh yeah!!
My goals for today:
walk at lunch
get tons of water in
do toning this evening (I am not dreading those so much now)
no eating after 7:30 (last night I did eat later...)
Anyways, I am not giving up! We can do this you all!!!

Oh, yeah...
I think we all fall into that trap of thinking, "Well, I've lost some weight, so it's okay if I indulge just a LITTLE." Well, the truth is that it IS okay if we indulge just a LITTLE. Problem is that we often indulge a LOT (at least I do, anyway). But you know that you need to flush with water and MOVE, and it sounds like you have goals set to take care of that. You'll drop that pound before you know it. I am so proud of you for doing your toning! Keep it up, girl! You're doing great!
I totally feel like Im on top of the world just because the scale moves one pound, and then blow it!! Yes! Oh my gosh, that's true. But... that was the old me. I'm trying to overcome that, and I think I'm learning and being honest with myself. I think I'm getting over it.
Yes, I fall into that trap of thinking, "I have done so well, what can it hurt" -- Remember, life is not a bowl of cherries........for me it is Jalapenos -- what you do today will bite you in the a** tomorrow..

I love it
You're so positive! It's absolutely encouraging. Even if you do have that indulgence, you're still able to keep on trucking. That's fantastic.
I know just what you mean. I either eat something I shouldn't, or I decide I don't REALLY need to go for a walk. Don't let it get you down though. Listen to what your friend said. You have lost many, many pounds, and you're doing fantastic. Good luck with your goals today!
Ha! I think we all do that - know we shouldn't eat something but then in our heads go well i lost all this so what is this going to hurt... I find sometimes though i can fool myself. Turkey low sodium sausage is just as good and if you cook it in the pan you totally can't tell the difference and it is a lot healthier. Or vegetarian versions of stuff is a lot better too. My sis is a vegetarian so all through high school i ate a bunch of the boca or the morningstar farms (that brand is really good about making it taste the same with half the calories and no meat).
Congrats on doing so well so far! Keep up the good work!

I do that too! I'm trying to learn to reward myself with non-food things. So often, I think, well eating this one won't hurt me, but it quickly compounds. Good luck on your goals this week!
You asked what GC stands for...it's just my hubby's initials. He does have MS and balance can be an issue for him.

Awesome Job
You are doing so good. Hey, I do the same thing about thinking I am invincible. Everytime I do that it shows on the scales. Seems like we do so good and then fling it out the window...
You got the motivation going strong. Prayers go up for you and good vibes headed~~~~~~~~ Chargail
