I am so psyched this morning...I am officially 170! Yeah! It is so exciting to reach a goal...after all that plateauing. The big humongous thing I have been changing recently is not eating late and drinking more H2O! (thanks to Kimby on that one)
We can really do this...if I can...I know that you all can. Remember to just keep at it!
Ok, now tonight I really have to do my toning exercises. I keep putting it on my list of goals then dont do them. So everyone I have to, have to do them tonight and I will report back in here if I got them done, OK?
My goals for today:
#1 do toning exercises tonight
#2 go for walk at lunch
#3 go biking with kids after work
#4 no eating after 7:30pm tonight

Oh, and I almost forgot to ask...anyone a green tea drinker here? I have heard that drinking 2 cups (I think) can make you burn like 100 more calories a day. So, I am thinking about starting drinking that again. Any thoughts on that?

Congrats on reaching 170! That's a great milestone. I'm not a green tea drinker, but I've heard the same thing about burning more calories. Sooo... I'll be checking back here tomorrow to make sure you did your toning exercises! Good luck!
I to need more toning and I hate them :(. So you and me both sister. Ill do mine today if you do yours???? HEHE.
I do drink Green tea. a ton of it, but not for the calorie burn. I had not heard that. I drink it because it got me off the coffee and the sodas and it is healthy for you. so i drink something like 5 or more cups a day. Plus my water =).
You are doing so well, what a great, possitive inspiration.
On green tea, I heard the same, and I drink it sometimes. When I do, I drink caffinated green tea in the mornings and decaf later in the day (because I heard the caffeine in it promotes weight loss too). I also use coconut oil which is said to help with weight loss (because it is burned and not stored). Weight loss was going along pretty smoothly for awhile (until that cake indicent, lol). I got sort of tired of drinking tea all day though and have switched to diluted Kool Aid with stevia. Everything I drink is diluted. I use about 1/2 cup in a 2 cup bottle.

Thanks for the note. Things are going good so far. On day 3 and staying as motivated as i can. I know i can do this if i just stay positive and on track. : )
Yes i have heard that green tea raises your metabolism...just watch which kind you drink - don't get one with too much sugar added or it defeats the purpose.
They also make green tea vitamins so you aren't adding the calories of drinking it but getting the antioxidents and metabolism boost...or even green tea mints (they don't taste the best though). : ) Good luck!

I love green tea!!! I loved it before I heard about it helping to burn calories. I really enjoy the mint flavored like spearmint or peppermint or mint julep or........get the idea??? I like mint green tea. I drink it even in temps of 100 , it actually cools me down and is so soothing and relaxing.
