Good morning!
Good morning everyone! I have missed not being able to post as much!! I have been swamped lately at work and home...soooooo
You know what I was thinking yesterday that I have never seen the 160's. About three years ago I started gaining and gained total of about 45 pounds...in that gain I have never seen 160's. I have bounced from 175 to 185-195 in my weight gains and losses...so I am so looking forward to in the month of August getting into the 160's. That is one of mini goals-I can do this-we all can!!
I got my two walks in yesterday-yeah me!
Some of my goals:
1. I am still trying to drink more H2O!
2. I wanna still stick to cut off time today.
3. Tonight gotta get my weight training in...so I can burn more calories.
4. reach 170 by Friday.

Friday?
Friday is only like 3-4 days away! But reaching the 160's in general is going to work out over the next few months. You will be there!! For months and months you will be in the 160's and 150s all through the fall and winter, you're going to love it. Congratulations on all your hard work!! I'm following ya there, a few pounds behind.

I'm so proud of you for sticking with your cut off times! That is something I really need to work on. Enjoy your weight training tonight!

Hey there thanks for posting in my blog...my goal for Friday is 170...but I am saying that I would like to be in the 160's by the end of this month...like 169 is what I consider in the 160's-HA...just to be in the 160's is my goal...not 160...thanks for your thoughts!

That is my prediction for you........
You are awesome about the cutoff time. I just can't seem to stick with a specific time for myself. UGH!! I will keep trying. You have some great goals period. Chargail

You are so darn close to the 160's you can smell 'em!
Congratulations on some serious committment. Good luck with your weight training too.
I would love if you posted your workout. I am trying to incorporate strength training, but I don't really know how.
