One more day till the weekend

Oh yeah-it is one more day till the weekend!

Just reporting in that I did awesome on cut off time of eating.  Maybe I am actually going to make this a habit!  I have heard that it take about 21 days to start a habit-so 19 more days till that happens.

I think I overdosed on watermelon last evening.  I need to check to see how many calories are in that  Can there be too much of a good thing?  I had about four pieces so sweet and juicy! yum!

I got my walk in at lunch yesterday, but no toning.  I gotta do it today.  I know why I keep procrastinating on the toning cause I honestly hate it, but I know that it will help me gain muscle and lose faster (so I have heard).

My goals for today:

1. walk at lunch

2. walk with family after work or DVD

3. TONING-I know I keep writing this in here  but I really need to do this.  Only did once last week...so I need to up it to two this week!

Looking for a great day in exercising and eating healthy!  Keep up the great work everyone!

No doubt in my mind that you can do this.

Toning......don't make it a regiment that you will hate to do.  Maybe work on different areas on different days.  Make it more fun.  It might help while you are working to make it a habit.

Congrats on your success with the cutoff time.  I need that disclipine!!!!!

Not too sure how many calories in that! Kinda traumatised about the searches I made on google for the amounth of cals ..they're all different but I thought it was going to be less calories than that.

Don't give up! The toning doesnt have to last long and it'll be over before you know it. You'll see results after a few weeks and you'll love them, trust me!

I wouldn't even let it bother you!  It is so good in nutrients that the caloric intake shouldn't affect you!  Your body must have needed it!  Keep up the good work on your cut off time.  Your doing great!

WATERMELON IS A SMALL AMOUNT OF WW POINTS, SO ID SAY ROLL WITH IT! I USE THAT TO FILL ME UP WHEN I DONT HAVE ALOT OF POINTS LEFT!

Cut off time... such a great idea! I am going to take that into consideration and try it out. I have been doing alot of other stuff and didnt want to be overloaded in rules but i think its a great concept... im going with 9pm at first b/c i get off work at 6 and i dont want to FORCE food down my throat for the wrong reasons. I am motivated by you also... so keep up the good work!

You definitely don't want to set up an exercise routine you don't enjoy. You're going to be doing all of this from now on (essentially), so you've got to enjoy it! What kind of exercises do you do for toning?

Also, I'm with Kimby and loserinbalty. Just eat that watermelon!! It's good for you.

I wanted to thank you for the comment on my blog :)   It sounds like you are on the right track.  Being healthy is a wonderful habit to have.  And about the toning...six years ago I began weight training.  I have never been the same since.  I am a total addict.  Once you get into it, it's doesnt have to be about being a muscle woman lol.  I feel tighter, sleeker, etc.  And I know my metabolism is up.  They say muscles burns at a resting rate, where fat just sits there lol.  You have a lot to fit in Im sure working outside the home and all.  I think you are doing just wonderful!

Just wanted to stop by and say thanks for the welcome back wishes!

I agree with everyone else who said change up your workout and make it fun!  A boring workout doesn't motivate or help you, since you'd really rather not be there.  Do you tone with a partner?  Maybe you could get a personal trainer for one day a week and work from there?
