Hump day you all...

Good morning!

It is hump day !! YAY!  That means only two more days of the work days left in the week.  Isn't that awesome?  I think so.

Exercise that I got in yesterday: walk at lunch-25 minutes.  After work went for another 35 minute walk at park with family and our friend...so yeah for me getting workouts in!

Ok, everyone, tonight I really have to get in my weight training.  I didnt get it in last night. 

Yesterday I ate the following"

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs

Snack: one boiled egg

Lunch: lowfat soup

Supper: salad and spaghetti without noodles.

You probably lost a pound already!  Good job on the eating.  Yeah, I didn't get my ball excercises in. I watched my friends kids and didn't make time.  Excuses, Excuses.  It's a new day!  You are doing so great!  Keep it up.  You'll get passed your plateau!

I ate an all egg white veggie scramble, in your honor.  Thanks!  Guess what else I did, yup, that's right, my ball excercises!  You better do your strength training....you can do it.  Just do it!  Is that enough encouragement for ya?  Have an awesome Wendnesday!

Awesome!

You did great! An awesome job on walking and eating. I love eggs. they have gotten a bad rap in past years but newer studies show they aren't as bad as origanally thought. I had fresh fruit and two scrambled eggs with peppers and onion and light on the cheese. I almost always have eggs with breakfast. 

I went to the gym this morning and worked very hard. I took two classes. The first a body pump(more weights) and the second a class that was a mixture of Thia Chi, yoga and pilates. Whew! I am sure I won't do any weights tommorrow. My muscles need some recovery time.I will at least walk.

Hi again after all these days without posting. You are so good as far as your diet. Hope you are still losing weight. How is the SBD going? My mom, dad, and bro are doing that diet.  They lost a lot of weight, well, they're still in the second phase but it's been great for them. I can't do it because I don't have too much time to cook all those dinners, .

Thank you so much for the message you left at my blog. I need to work on that emotional eating, it's hard though.

Sounds like you are doing great on your journey.   Lots of exercise and a great menu for the day. 

Spaghetti with no noodles!!!!!  How did you do that???  Most of us carb addicts would eat the noodles and leave the spaghetti. lol
