Got my walk in!!
Good afternoon you all!
I went for my walk on lunch-yeah!
Exercising definitely clears my head! I am psyched for the new week. My goals for this week are to definitely get my walking in. I want to TRY to do DVD 3 times this week. I got a kickboxing one and a pilates one from library. It is called easying into pilates...so I am not trying the advanced level. I also am going to get my 2 weight trainging in this week. Last week I only got one session in.
I am also drinking, drinking and drinking! water that is

We are very similar in size and height!
I have done both pilates and kickboxing and they are both great workouts!!
Keep up the good work on drinking that water!!!!

Oh! It's so hard to remember to get all the H20! Trying to drink more myself.
I read somewhere to drink 8oz per hour while at work. hmm..maybe huh?

Good job on going for a walk during your lunch break =D It's a great way of squeezing exercise into your scheduel. As for the water : Yay! Keep it up girl
