Hey everyone!

Just checking in like I said I would and I did great on exercises...weighed in and maintaining still.  Hey that is good!  I am going to take it and be happy with it!  I Guess what I did-our church had a get together and I at some sweet potato pie.  I have never had that stuff before.  So today I am happy to be reporting that I maintained.  I got my walks in each day also!!!   I am seriously thinking that my TOM is coming around.  I have had some serious sugar cravings this weekend that I have not had in weeks.   HELP!!   So, I am just maintaining and happy today!!!

What am I doing today?  I am recommitting today to saying no to sweets.  I brought sugar free jello in to work to help.  I am going for my walk on lunch break.  Tonight I already have a date with my friend to walk with them at the park.  We can do this you all.  Dont give up!  Keep up the great work!

Hi!  I was going to suggests, sugar free jello.  Good choice.  I have been craving carbs.  But my (aunt flo) is due on Friday.  Let's make this week a great one.  I need to do ab work, for my flabbiness!  Good job on not gaining!  Your just at a plateau, you'll get down soon!

Thanks for your comments.  Glad things are going well with your exercise.  Doesn't it feel great to be doing it.  I finally got out and walked for 30 min today.  If only DS would last longer in the stroller. :)

Avoiding Sweets

If you keep healthy snacks on hand at all times, sweets won't be a problem.  Good luck!

is evil.  Good for you for trying to stay away.  The sugar-free Jello is a great idea.

I'm glad you maintained =) Jello is a great way of satisfying those sugar cravings without the evilness of sugar.

Thanks so much for the comment on my blog.  I AM actually going to meet my goal weight, I know it.  You are doing awesome with your walks it sounds like.  For something sweet I made watergate salad last week.  I used all sugar free ingredients...sugar free pistachio pudding mix, sugar free cool whip, well the marshmallows werent...but it was really good.  Oh and the pineapple was in its own juice.  I did use a few chopped pecans.

But anyway..Keep up the good work!
