Scales...
Good morning!
The scales are not budging yet this week.
I am a daily weigher and the reason for that is so that I can keep on top of my weight
If my weight goes up I wanna know so I can change what might be the increase. I tend to gain easily if I dont want it so that is a precaution I have been taking.
Anyhow...next subject! Crunches-I did them this morning along with my weight training. I am feeling good that I got them over with. I have heard through reading it is ok to do them daily and that is what I am going to do! So yeah me! 
I ate kind of late last night...about 8:30 but went for 35 minute walk afterward so hoping that helps that. I dont like to eat too late cause I know that has in the past sabatoged my weightloss efforts. So tonight my goal is to get my supper eaten early!
I know that I can do it! I will let you know how it goes in the morning!

You got your crunches in! That's great! Thanks for the encouragement on my last post :) I'm definitely getting enough water in - I drink close to a gallon a day. That's part of the reason I was so upset at retaining - I thought drinking water was supposed to prevent that.

Hey thanks, Hoosier girl, for the motivating comment. I did some ab excercizes! I did them just for you (well for me, too). Eating early is a good idea. You can do it! Your doing great, and at least your scale is not going up! Keep up the good work!
