It's Monday-ugh!
Well it is Monday everyone
Actually I went to bed earlier than normal and feeling pretty good.
I got walk in with my daughter
. Our family went biking, so I got that part accomplished. Guess what though...slacking on not getting in my crunches
. This is something I really wanna start doing, but did not get started on that yet.
I am wanting to lose at least 9 pounds by August 5, do you think that is doable? I am hoping so. We are having a get together and it would be a nice mini-goal for me.![]()
