I did it!!!

Hey Everyone!!!  I did it!! I drank 80 oz of water today! Yeah!  If I can do it so can you.  I walked for an hour today too.  Not too much time to write but wanted to let you all know how I did.

It is freezing out...

Happy Saturday everyone!!!  I have missed getting on here so much, but have been so busy lately.  It is freezing out and I am finding a hard time getting my workout in.  The reason is I love working out outside.  I have gotten three DVD's from library so wish me luck.  I made a schedule for myself so that I can keep up with exercise.  Here it is.  Walk at least 30 min every single day.  MWF do toning.  Tuesday and Thursday try my DVD's in the evening.  We can do this you all!!  I will let you know later how I did today with my 30 minutes walk.  Also I am tryig to drink more H2O!!! Yeah!  Have a great day you all!  Have a nice weekend!!!

I got my walk in last night and got up bright and early and did toning this morning! yay!  I did it!   Just reporting in on meeting some of my goals.  Will not be able to post as much today due to being busy!  Wishing you all success!  We can lose this!  Let's go!

Its Monday

Good afternoon!

How is everyone doing?

TOM came and I had more severe cramps this weekend than I have had  since having kids.  Before getting married and having kids I would have to miss school because of my TOM. It used to get pretty bad.  I am back to normal now...yay!

My goals for today are:

get walk in after work.

no eating past 7:30

do toning.

We can do this!  I have another goal- I want to lose 10 pounds by a wedding in the middle Novemeber.  I am going to try to get as close as I can to the amount.  I am going to kick into high gear and get as close as I can to that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I am going to post my pics of us at the wedding.  So that is a little incentive for me to kick it!

I woke up with pounding headache  So, didnt get any workout in.  BUT I am going for walk after work.YAY me!  I am finally feeling better. 

Things I have done today-I reorganized my desk!  I feel like a new lady!  Everything is in its proper place!

My goals for the weekend are to walk every single day!  Get one toning workout accomplished...if I am lucky one tonight and one Sunday.  We can do this girls!!!

The week is almost over-well, the work week is!

Today as far as exercise is concerned I am going to walk at lunch!!!  That is all I am going to be able to do.  I am doing toning in the morning though!

I am going to, going to, going to get out of this platueau!!!  I am going to revamp and do the toning!!! I have to!  I will be reporting in a good report first thing in the morning!  Be prepared.  I would love for you to check back on me.

Hey you all!  Just got back from my wonderful walk!

I have been so stressed lately and busy I  might add!  Let me explain a little.  #1We have our close friend from PNG that are moving close to us...so we have been helping them find a place. #2 I think I have PMS ( that is different story).  #3 They are trying to get their licensure also (our friends). #4 I have three friends that are trying to get on here at my work.  #5 Homework.   I have been a slacker in the eating healthy and exercise department.  I asked my sistersinChrist group to give me a kick and Shawns di!  Thanks Shawns!  I think it is working!

Oh, I wanted to share that I got an A- on my first class-yay!!

I had a nice weekend!!  How about you all?  I had a nice time friends that came over and we had a nice time!! on Sunday after church!

Did I eat healthy?  I ate good, but I did have some Oreos No more for me!!!  I have been sooooo tempted with sweets lately!

I have to get up early in the morning!!!  I have to do my DVD!!  If you want to you can check to make sure I do this-I am totally motivation to get up earlier!

My goals for weekend.

Hey!!  I am soooo excited about the weekend!!!! Just to not be at work.  It is kind of getting a bit stressful lately.

I have my goals all set for my weekend:

Do homework.

No eating past 8pm ( I am changing that-it was 7:30)

Do my DVD in the morning.

Go biking with kids. ( I love doing outdoor activities-this weekend is going to be AWESOME!!!!)

I struggle with the weekends.  I am going to report back in here on Monday with a S-U-C-C-E-S-S!!!!!!  We can do this!!!

Good morning!!

How is everyone doing?  It is rainy here and I love it!!  I got a mini walk in yesterday and picked up some more exercise DVD's from library-yoga booty ballet and Denise Austin lose 10 pounds DVD.  I have decided that I am going to do the Denise Austin once a day in the mornings before work...cause it is getting too dark to try to get a walk in the mornings before work!  That is my goal this week.  It has two different workouts and one is toning-yay!!

My goals for today:

Do some reading for my class

Do my yoga booty ballet DVD after work

Walk the stairs here at work cause it is raining.

Also, I went out on a limb and bought rasberry salad dressing we will see how it tastes...my  fave is ranch
