So, sadly I haven't been to the gym in a very long while...I have no idea what I weigh! Sniff. I've had SO much work lately... exams and projects and papers and all this stuff for clubs... usually I have lots of leisurely time but not lately! But after Wednesday my workload kind of slows down, so I'll hopefully go to the gym Weds night or if not, most definitly Thursday and possibly on Friday also. :)
Went home this weekend, and although I didn't eat as well as I could have it was nice to hear the comments :) I haven't been home in a while so my family could tell that I'd lost weight it's a nice feeling when that's noticed! ha). But anyways, I can't wait to get back to the gym.. I miss it!

So it's been about a week since I weighed myself at the gym, and since my rash is finally almost gone (wohoo) I went back to the gym today. I weighed 191.9!!!!!!!! That's SO exciting. Last week I weighed about 195, so I'm still doing great :) I can't believe I've lost 20 pounds since June. It doesn't feel like that much at all haha... I also can't believe I only have 12 more pounds until I hit my goal weight! I really, truly never ever thought I would ever make that goal. I'm very proud of myself... I'm actually trying and sticking with it for once and it's working :) I hope everyone reading this is doing great too!

rash is getting better!
That's always good right? ha. It's going away (slowly), yaaaay. I'll go back to the gym on Monday.
Just wanted to say... I love my chart haha. The downward line makes me so happy. And I noticed today that my jeans weren't as tight, wohoo! I have this one pair and they've always been pretty tight around the waist, but today I wore them and they fit nicely. Sweeeet.

So, no exercising for a while!
I went to the infirmary today because for the past week I've had this really itchy rash on my breasts. Supposedly it's called miliaria and it's a sweat rash (in my case, from exercising and sweating). But EW! It itches sooo bad and it's not going away, and exercise makes it worse. This sucks. So I have some cream and powder and stuff to make it go away, but until it goes away I shouldn't sweat excessivly (= no gym) I'm sad.
Although, at the infirmary today the nurse said I weighed 194.5! I won't put it in my tracker though, because it was a different scale. But hey, I don't mind 194!

Went to the gym today, and before I exercised I weighed 196.6, after I was done I weighed again (because I am slightly obsessed with weighing myself) and it said 195.8. Dunno which is right, but I'll go with the higher number. But that's still good, the popcorn on Friday didn't set me back =)
I only did 15 min on the elliptical today, because lately I haven't had very much energy to exercise... dunno why. I hope I get it back soon though!

Went to the gym today, but it was right after I woke up and I hadn't eaten anything so I didn't do much ha. Went to the movies and ate popcorn with butter
But once in a while we need a treat right? I've been doing so good, so I decided to have some :) OKay, alot haha.

SCORE! Almost two more pounds, yaaay :)
Went to the gym today and did:
20 min on the elliptical (like 200 calories)
85 crunches
15 min bike (hahaha I stayed at the gym to watch the rest of Deal or No Deal, figured I'd do something while watching tv)
But yeah :) It's going great still!

Lost 1.6 lbs since I last weighed! :) I'm finally under the 200's too! Awesomeness. 198 will be the 15lbs mark, I can't wait :) Although, I've been thinking, and I really can't tell at all that I've lost 14 pounds. I keep waiting for my clothes to fit looser or something but not yet! I'll just have to lose more :)
Starting today I cut out most fruits and diet soda for the low carb diet. I'll have fruit occasionally, but not as much as I was eating. And I totally didn't know diet soda makes your weight loss stall.. ew, haha. No more diet soda, water only! Although that's good cause diet soda isn't that great for you either, is it.
Just got back from the gym too. Tonight I did 10 minutes on the bike and 10 on the rower (the rower? dunno) and 75 crunches. I can totally feel them too! Off to study for my Spanish test though, so cya later!

Did okay this weekend...I had a sandwich today for dinner
*cries at the carbs* but it was wheat anyways. tomorrow it's no more diet soda and no more fruits!

I'll update again, why not ha.
Went to the gym and weighed 200.6! I'm so close to being under 200 :) And I went to the gym tonight, I did 50 crunches (a big feat for me hahaha) and 15 minutes on the elliptical machine. Usually I can go longer but my legs are sore from our walk/run last night! I haven't ran... hmm... in a very very long time ha. And I only ran cause it was dark and no one could see me. Now I can feel it though!
