Haven't updated in a while... only because I haven't been losing much, ha. But I went to the gym today (last week has been horrible with exams, no time to exercise!) and the scale said 181.0. SO CLOSE TO MY GOAL!!!  Once I get there I will move it down... what do you think I should move it to?

Good news: I went shopping last night and fit into large sized shirts and 14 size jeans! Before I was XL or XXL shirts and 16-18 in pants. I bought some new clothes, I'm very excited!
Bad news: went to El Rodeo, this reallly good Mexican restaurant.. I am SO FULL right now and probably gained like 10 pounds.. but it was so good!

Holy cow!! Went to the gym today and the scale said 183.2!!! I don't even know how that's possible.. I ate so - so this weekend, I didn't expect to gain anything but not lose more! Although I haven't weighed myself in a while. Wohoooo. :) Although, say I ate kind of off my diet Saturday right - how long does it take to gain weight? ha. Like, now that it's Monday, should I have gained any if I was going to, or will I see it later? Dunno. Either way 183 is very nice :) I can't believe I'm so close to my goal weight either!

Finally returned to the gym tonight, after loads of exams (thank God they are done with!!) Even after my frappachino and nuts from NYC I still lost a pound, wohoo :) I did 20 minutes on the elliptical tonight.

NYC

So I spent the day in NYC today, which was very nice... but I ate HORRIBLY Oh geez... I really don't want to think about it ha.  I had carrots for breakfast (not bad), I had lots of carbs for lunch (Spanish restaurant), some delicious peanuts covered with something sugary and bad for you (but SO SO good) and then I had a frappachino ha... but it was worth it. Maybe I evened out though, because we must have walked seriously like 50 blocks. My feet hurt so bad!

Nice thing that happened today : My french professor asked me if I have been losing weight :) She noticed! Wohoo!

So I just ate some more candy corn... and I feel very, very guilty! But besides that I ate pretty well today. I'm off to the gym so I'll post my weight when i get back! Although, isn't it not good to weigh yourself every day? I can't remember.

edit: Decided not to weigh myself, I'll give it a few days :) I worked out hardcore at the gym though. 11 minutes on the rower (100 calories burned) 10 minutes on the elliptical (100 calories burned) and 55 situps. BUT I worked really hard on the elliptical, I was extremely sweaty and out of breath ha.. :)

So the good news is that I didn't gain anything! Bad news (well not really) is that I stayed exactly the same, but hey, I'll take it. I had some candy corn today though But back to eating healthy tomorrow! And I just went to the gym, and did 50 crunches and 20 minutes on the elliptical machine. :) Hopefully I'll go tomorrow too.

Weighed myself a few minutes ago and it was 188.8! wohoo! :) Although I am very nervous, it's fall break so I'm going home for four days - (dun dun dun..) My family eats HORRIBLY. There is nothing in my house to eat, ever. Well, of course there's food, but nothing healthy and/or food that I can eat. *thumbs down* I really hope that I don't gain any weight this weekend!

So I finally went back to the gym today :) I only did 16 minutes on the elliptical and then I left, cause it was way packed. But I plan on going tomorrow and most likely Friday too. Sadly, I didn't lose as much as I had hoped... but a pound and a half or so isn't bad! I pretty much sucked this weekend so I can't complain, really. Maybe I will see more results in a few days!
