Oops
So, after a few really good days I had a super horrible weekend (thank you Labor Day and little sister's birthday! haha) so I'm not sure how accurate my 2 pound loss is. Oh well! I will be back on track tomorrow hopefully =)

So, my diet has kind of been non existent so far ha.. well, not really, but it's really hard this semester because we have our own apartment. I thought it'd be easier but not really... at the dining hall I could choose exactly what I wanted; here I get stuck eating whatever someone else is making for dinner and it's usually something loaded with carbs. But today I did pretty great:
breakfast = yogurt (7 carbs)
lunch= 2 hot dogs (without the bun), string cheese, grapes (I'd say like 20 carbs total, it was the grapes)
dinner = Lean Cuisine (13 carbs)
snack = Popsicle (5 carbs)
so that's like... (let me add ha)... 45 carbs, not bad at all. I shouldn't have eaten the grapes (it was a lot of grapes) but I was still hungry and it was the only healthy snack they had at the cafe I was in (it was either grapes or a candy bar). I will hopefully keep going! I did pretty well yesterday too until I went to this party Mary Kay was having with my roomie (I had two cookies... :/) Oh well! I haven't weighed myself in a while either, maybe when I do I will like the results! =)

So it's been 5 months, HOLA everyone!!
If you didn't notice the log already (eek) I've gained a few pounds!! About 10 I think. Not too bad I guess, I ate lots in Chile so I understand it ha. Now it's time to get back down though! Hopefully get lower than before too =) My new diet / exercise plan starts tomorrow, wish me luck!

Down to under 160! Wow at home I really don't update... at school I always remember to update (every time I go to the gym haha) but at home I forget. Oh well!
But wow, study abroad in Chile is in THREE days! I am very nervous, I don't know what they eat there and I won't really have control over what I'm eating either because I will be living with a host family. But hopefully it will be healthy food and if I keep my portions small I will be okay :) Five months is a long time though! I really really hope I can keep my weight off!
I haven't updated in a while, hello everyone! So I'm down to 164, it's been slow losing more weight but atleast I haven't gained it! I bought a lot of new clothes over Christmas (I am a size 12 now!). I can't believe I was ever 215.. I never, ever want to be that heavy again!
So back at home, and doing pretty well so far! Although my mom has been harping on me because I'm "not eating enough carbs" or something... so I guess I'll up it a little. I'm a little under 170 which is GREAT, although I'd prefer to keep losing.. hopefully I still will though! And I am soo looking forward to Christmas day too, no diet then! =) I hope everyone has a great holiday!
Sweeet, I weighed myself today and it was 175.4!! holy crap!! I went to the gym today but didn't work out (lazy, I know) BUT I did meet with a personal trainer, who gave me a workout that I should follow. It was reaaaally helpful, because I usually go to the gym thinking wtf am I doing? ha. But anyways, yeah, that's that! I am just sooo nervous about going home for winter break. it's going to be REALLY hard to stick to my diet, my house really sucks when it comes to food.
So I've set my goal weight to 170 for now, I think that is doable =) Although I think I've hit a plateau of sorts because I've been around 180 for a while. BUT, definitly not complaining because I ate like crap this weekend, apparently I didn't eat as bad as I thought though! But yes, 179, I'm very excited =) Hopefully I can get lower before I go to Chile (which I am very nervous for, I am seriously going to gain like 20 pounds)
Tonight I'm going to a Mexican restaurant for Spanish Club, exciting!! Adios to my diet for the night too

Back at school.. I want to go to the gym but I am SO busy!! Arg. I need to work off all the food I ate this weekend lol. Hopefully Thursday I can go, although I definitly don't even want to see the scale...
oh well!
I haven't updated in a while.. because I have been sucking! Plus there's only a few more weeks of the semester left so I have a million things to do (= no time for the gym) buttt when I go home for break I'm going to sign up for the gym at home and hopefully go almost every day =)
In other news, I CAN'T WAIT FOR THANKSGIVING!! haha. I am totally not sticking to my diet either. Yummmm can't wait.
And, some good news! Lately I've been having random dizzy spells (well, that's not good news haha) but I called my doctor and she told me to stop taking my blood pressure pills. She thinks it's too high of a dose, so I'm going to see her this week, but I don't think I need the medicine anymore!! Which is so awesome.. it's crazy how much losing weight can help your health. I'm very excited that I won't need to take it anymore :)
