Doing horrible =(
*Sigh* I have been doing horribly lately - and it shows, as I am up to 168 (post Thanksgiving). My 3 months of WW was up and since I usually do horribly on the weekends (my own fault) I haven't really lost any weight. I cancelled my account because I figured there wasn't any point in paying for it if I wasn't losing anything (and like I said, it's my fault, not the program's; I've been having trouble following it)
However, not paying for the plan = free for all, so I've decided to buy one more month on WW and try to stay on track this time. I am really, really going to try this time! I have no idea why I can't seem to stay on track... maybe because for once I'm not really doing a "diet" like I was before; I'm still allowed to eat whatever I want (theoretically, within my points) so maybe that's why it's harder to stay on track? Who knows. I'm kind of mad at myself though, it's not THAT hard, so why can't I do it??
Oh well, here's to my 2nd try. Hopefully I will be successful this time!
