So, after getting back down to 161.9 my fat behind had to overeat enough to gain 2.5 back. =( I pretty much went for a free-for-all this week; it's so hard when I work every night (so no time for dinner at home) and I work for a catering department. Catering food = amazing (and bad for you) food; and I can't seem to pass it up. Especially not the desserts! I totally realize that I'm making excuses too; I guess lately I've been lacking motivation and have gotten tired of dieting.
That said, this week I am going to try and stay on track as much as possible. I'm setting a new goal for myself: be 155 by the time I graduate (in 5 1/2 weeks). I'll take anything close to that too ha. That's about 10 pounds, I totally think it's doable! And like I said, I'll be happy with anything under 160.
