WW Update
So tomorrow is my 2nd weigh in day! I'm pretty excited; minus yesterday I've been doing great with using my alloted points =) Yesterday was HORRIBLE though, I went home for my little sister's birthday. My mom knows I'm on a diet but she has that "it's just one day, you can eat what you want" mentality. She brought us all McDonalds for breakfast and got me the BIG BREAKFAST... that's 18 points just right there!!! I couldn't not eat it (plus, not going to lie... I wanted it ha) but that did majorly ruin my day. I was planning on eating a small breakfast and lunch to plan for dinner and cake, but after breakfast I just gave up completely for the day. We had ice cream cake AND regular cake, plus Chinese food for dinner.. I don't even want to THINK about how many points I ate.
But anyways, besides that I've been doing great. That has been my only relapse day and hopefully I will still see some results tomorrow morning. Last week I weighed 162.5. I'll be happy even if I stay the same but hopefully it will be less!
