Long time no update!

Wow, it's been a while! I've been working all summer in the Pocono Mountains at an environmental education center (living and working) and since it's an environmental center AND in the middle of nowhere, we had no cell phone service, no cable, and limited internet (ha)

Yesterday I weighed myself when I got home from moving out of PEEC and I weighed 164.8 - crappy if I compare it to what I weighed in April, but not too bad considering I ate really bad at PEEC (the environmental center) I also hiked and walked a lot, so some of that extra weight might be muscle, but I totally admit that some of it was just me ha eating poorly.

Now I'm back though, and school starts next week. I'm definitly ready to step it up again and get back on track! I have Tuesdays and Thursdays off from class this semester, so I'm totally going to go to the gym for a while on those days and attempt to go other days also. I'm also thinking of trying Weight Watchers Online with the roomie, because I haven't been getting anywhere with my current diet. I think WW would better suit my eating styles anyways, rather than low carb. Who knows though, we'll see!

Busy Summer

Sounds like a really busy summer for you.  It's no wonder you had a hard time keeping on track!  Good luck now that you're back!  Have you done WW before?  I do it online and think it's a good way to track what I eat.
