Eat more and lose more?
So I weighed myself this morning and the scale said 156.8! That is insane! This weekend I did HORRIBLE... went to Sonic on Friday, went to this realllly nice restaurant on Saturday with the boyfriend (we ate so much ha) and well, yesterday wasn't that great either ha. I was totally expecting a gain, but a loss?? This is weird... I eat more than usual and I lose! Maybe it's because I've been at a plateau for so long? Not sure. It's back to eating better for me today though, either way!

Wow.... Take it and RUN.... That is awesome. Only 6.8 to go....
I have done that in the past. Eating more than your body is used too, I heard that you should do this so that your body does'nt think its in starvation mode? Guess it worked for you.!

Good for you!!! Isn't it an awesome feeling? It almost feels like cheating. lol I had a lot of weigh-in experiences like that when I was deep into losing weight on WW. I'd go out to eat over the weekends and eat a lot of junk, then step on the scale on Monday to see like 2 pounds gone. Sometimes the weight would even out the following week.
One thing that's true is that eating too little will not help us lose weight, so it's nice to know we can enjoy ourselves and not starve.
