Weight how long

How long should I wait between weigh ins?

Had to do it, weighed in this morning and was back up 4 lbs. I wish I did not know that, but at the same time it is making me want to buckle down harder. I think once a week might  be better for me, but not sure I can weight that long.

Tomorrow I am kicking up my exercise. Appetite is still down, but also still there. For sure I am consuming fewer calories, but I didn't eat real good this weekend. I plan to make this week a better one.

Only once a week!!

Hi there, been reading your blog!  You should only weigh once a week at the same time.  My weigh in's are on Friday Mornings.  I know what you mean about the cravings and such.  Once you are the Phen for a couple of weeks, it gets easier.  But you must make it a mind set that you control what you eat, how much, and when because you will not be on Phen forever, and it is not a magic pill, but a chance to train your body and mind.  I started out at 308, and I am now down to 265. 

You can do it.  You just need plenty of support, and this web site is the perfect place.  Also put some rewards in place for yourself.  You will get there before you know it.

Hi again,

Once a week is the best any more than that you will drive yourself bonkers. I weigh in every Wednesday at the same time. Your weight fluctuates so much throughout the week. One minute you are down a pound the next you are up 3 pounds. It is very discouraging.

I actually put my scales under my bed out of reach so I am not tempted to stand on them daily or several times a day. Now I have to get down and dig them out so I can weigh myself than I flip it back under the bed again. Out of sight out of mind.
