Whoo hoo!!

Finally went down!!  Yay!!  My walking is FINALLY starting to show!  I'm sooooooo excited now!  Of course, my butt and legs are super sore right now.  I'm hoping that is an indicator that my inches are going down also!  I can't wait until tomorrow when I measure again!

Ok, things are going to change!

I've started walking a mile every morning and evening!  I'm watching what I eat better and I'm PRAYING that this will help the weight come off!!  I can't remember how long I've been stuck at 171 and it's driving me CRAZY!!!

Still stuck!!

I'm still at that same weight!  However, we did go out to eat a few days so that might have had something to do with it!  LOL!  I'm now walking twice a day so hopefully that will help get me over this plateau!!

Frustrated!!!!

I have hit that plateau again!!  I hit it last time I tried weight loss and that's when I gained it all back.  I stall at the 170 mark.  However, I'm walking for 20-25 min at least 6 days a week, so I know between that and watching my food, the weight will come off!

Updated Measurements

Upper Arm  14 Bust  42.5 Waist  37 Hips  45 Upper Thigh  27   This is a loss of 2 and 7/8 inches!!  I am thrilled!!

Started exercising!!

Yay!  I'm so proud of myself!!  I started walking this morning on my mom's treadmill!  I know I will see more and better results now!  I'm just so happy!!  I'll update measurements later!

Sorry, haven't updated lately!

Well, Thanksgiving went really well!!  I didn't gorge myself and I was very happy for that!  I only gained one pound over that weekend and I think that is wonderful!!  I have moved into my mom's house, so now I can use the treadmill!  I really expect to see some changes now!  We are going to help each other lose weight!  I'm so excited!!

Yay!!

Almost down to 170 now!  I'm soooo happy!!  I'm still not exercising much, but considering what is going on in my life right now, I'm ok with that!  The real test will be to see how I do over Thanksgiving!

Still going!

Things are about the same.  I ate out last night and I was pleasantly suprised to see my weight didn't go up this morning!  I am going to HAVE to get more serious about my exercising, tho, because the weight isn't coming off like it could be, so I'm stepping it up some.  I can't do much simply because I dont' have the time, but I can up my sit ups and such and that will help.

Still plugging along!
