Getting frustrated

Well, I haven't lost any more weight yet.    I know this is just my plateau, but I can't help but get a little frustrated.  I'm going to my aerobics class on Monday night and then I'll work out on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.  I'm REALLY hoping to see more weight loss by the weekend.  I know I'm still losing inches, but we all know that the pounds make us feel better! 

Met with personal trainer tonight

and man did she work my rear end!  We had an hour together and she showed me the weight exercised that she wanted me to do when I had time.  She told me right now, tho, to concentrate on cardio since my main goal is weight loss right now.  Let me tell you, tho, my muscles are WORN OUT baby!  LOL!!  She wants me to do a good 45 min to an hour of cardio 4-5 times a week!  Yikes!  I'm going to try and do it, tho!  I probably won't get much weights in there that way.  Wish me luck!

Measurement update!

Ok, I just measured myself and I AM SO HAPPY!!  I am starting to see awesome results and that is just making my whole month!  In total, from first measurement to today (I'm not entirely sure of the time frame, but approx. 2 weeks) I have lost a total of 4.75 inches!  Holy crapola!  This is freakin' awesome!!!

WOOT!

I'm over my plateau, I think!  I'm proud of myself for getting past those 3-4 days or so when I was stuck at 171 and not giving up.  That is what has always happened in the past. 

Also, I just got back from my second aerobics class!  I stayed for 15 minutes more than last week!  The class is an hour long, but the first time I was only able to stay for 30 minutes.  Today I lasted for 45!

I have an appointment with my personal trainer for 530pm tomorrow!  I'm soooooooo excited!  She will put together a regimen made just for me to lose weight and tone up!  I'll let you know how it goes!

Oy my rear end!

Ok, I just got back from my very first ever aerobics class and it KICKED MY REAR END!  LOL!  I actually only stayed for half of it because it wore me out!  I will go back next Monday, tho, and I'll stay longer because I will have worked out stronger all this week and be better prepared.  But, this is my first step in this direction, and it feels good!!

Plateau again!

Aaarrrrggghh!  Ive hit that plateau again!    I am going to the Y to work out today, Monday, Tuesday and hopefully Wednesday and Thursday!  I am DETERMINED to get past this and lose this weight!!!

My new life.

Yes, needless to say, I got off my "diet plan" of long ago.  Well, now I have made a new plan!!  Im not on a "diet" or anything like that.  I have changed my lifestyle.  I have gone to a weight loss clinic, Im eating smaller portions, and Im finally working out at the YMCA now that I have a membership.  This is the new me!!!

It's been a while

I know it's been a while since I updated and that's bad.  However, things have been going pretty good!!  Apparently the stress of my divorce is helping my metabolism.  I am down to 167 and that's the lowest I've been in YEARS!  I'm going to start my exercise routine again today and increase my water intake.  I'm eating lean cuizine meals at supper time to help my portions.  I'll measure later and update that too.

Well. . .

I lost weight, but I was puking and having dirrhea!  Bleah, not a fun way to lose it.

New Measurements

Upper arm:  13 1/2; Bust:  42 3/4; Waist:  37; Hips:  44; Upper Thigh:  26 1/2.  This is a loss of 2 inches for a total of 4 and 7/8 inches!!  I am ecstatic!!
