Before After

After Four Much Needed Months…..

I have returned to this healthy lifestyle journey. I'm really throwing myself a pity party right about now because I've gained all but about three pounds from when I started this blog several months ago. I have a PT (physical training) test next month and I have just got to lose some of this weight. I've been in the gym going on about three weeks and absolutely nada. I know better and yet I still torture myself to lose weight, to lose weight! But it's always the quick way and double it up....it comes back.

I can be disiplined in so many areas, yet not even close where it really matters. I chatted with one of my high school classmates the other day and she still participates in the area races in my area. Well she just found out that she's pregnant....and guess what? She's still racing! Consistency has always been one of my problem areas and I really try hard to stay on board. I know I shouldn't have an excuse, so at this point I'm going to 'Encourage Myself', do this...and do it for the long haul. Anyway....enough of that! You all have a good week.

HEY MY FRIEND!!!

Welcome back chick!!!  Glad to have you back in the USA and back in the land of fitness!!  You're right girl, we can do this...TOGETHER.  It's all about consistency.  We both have trouble in that area.  You know we both start out strong and stop about 4 months into the program.  Well, there's NO STOPPING US NOW!  We're going to do this!!  Plus, we can't let the pregnant lady beat us!! HAHAHAHA!!  (Just joking, it's the jealousy talking!!!!! )

Me, too!

Consistency!  That's the key!  It's so hard sometimes.  But if you keep getting back on track, you've never quit.  So you can do it!  Good luck!

Hi there

Welcome back!  I've been wondering about how you're doing...you know, this kinda thing happens to all of us.  What's important is that you get up, dust your knees off, and keep going!!!  What's the alternative? Gaining more weight?  That's no fun, so pick a date to end that pity party and then think about the party you're gonna throw when you fit into that old pair of jeans again!!!  I'm here with ya, and even though I've been doing well on my running, I've got a long way to go in the weight category.
