Similarities

I was reading your blog, and noticed your start weight, current weight, and height are so similar to mine.  I just weighed this morning and my weight was 184.4.  Love it, can't wait to say ta-ta to the 180's . Congratulations on finishing the half marathon, I aspire to do a 5k, so a half marathon is wonderful.  My husband did a half marathon years ago, then he did a marathon. I noticed you said you were in Iraq, or you in the military? I would like to add you to my friends list so I can keep track of how you do.

Lindy

Yeah!!!!!

I knew you could do it girl!!  Way to haul A@#!!!!!!    Congrats...now come home!!!

Great Job!!!

Good for you!  There is no way I could even do half of that!!  Great work!!!

Awesome job!

Great job on passing your test!!  Woohoo on finishing the half too!!  I have only done 2 5K's & they were SO much fun!  I hope that I can continue to get healthier & get back to my 5 miles as a long run & build from there.  Funny thing, I was never a runner, but now I love it... don't know how that happened ..lol, well I love it more when I'm not struggling..

Thanks for your post the other day!!  So glad you put me on your friends list, I will do the same.

Great Job

awesome on your improved run and passing your PT test!  Keep up the running maybe eventually you'll actually like it!

Well done

running that marathon will definitly have given you a boost - wow you must be feeling so great at the achievement.

Thanks for your comments on my blog.  I didn't quite get what PT stands for but well done for that as well.

hey there!

How's everything coming along?  How are you?

hello

i just stumbled across your blog.  i was in the army for 4 years. reading your blog brought back memories . some good and some bad.  lol.  great job in passing the pt test!  how well i did on my run depended on which route we ran.  if we did one mile down and one mile back, i did well.  8 times around the track... forget about it! lol.   i believe that it is all in the mind, i found that if i kept my breathing under control(and chewed gum), i did alot better. stay safe and stay up. may the lord keep you safe while you are overseas!
