Before After

We Stink.

Hello ladies! Hope you all are having a fantabulous weekend! Mine is pretty quiet.

My dog (Duece, a 5lb yorkie) and I just came back from a mile wog at the track. And now we're sitting here resting, I smell something not so fresh. My guess is the dog, definately not me, LMAO!

Yes, you read that right **I** went wogging OUTSIDE on a track. I jogged a lap, walked a lap for an entire mile. Trust me I wanted to quit after lap 6 but I didn't. Duece didn't make it any better by getting tired and just laying out when I was trying to walk. After lap 4, I just let him go rest in the car. He was heeding my process and I was too tired to have anything distract me, I would have just left. But I didn't! I made it the whole. I can tell that my body is out of shape from the past 3-4 weeks I have skipped working out. But I'm back on it! So, no worries. Lesson learned today: Don't take a toy breed dog to exercise with you, he's not meant for that purpose, lol.

As far as eating, I'm on plan too! I had Special K cereal and orange juice for breakfast. Applesauce and a Special K bar for snack and have had 2.5 glasses of water. Next is lunch. I'll probably have a Smart one and some corn.

I'm feeling really good! This new start has given me a better outlook on life and myself. I'm out of that funk I was in this break. I'm over worrying about what people think about me and if they like me or not and who is my friend. It's MY year, to hell with those that aren't there for me. I've been studying my bible every night, I'm reading the book of Job and if anybody went through some hardships, it was him and he NEVER doubted God. Such a good story for what I'm going through. So I'm loving the me I'm becoming :)

For the rest of the day I think I'm going to deep clean my bedroom, bathroom and finish washing clothes. School starts Wednesday so I just want to start this semester off right. I think Duece maybe in for a bath today too.

I haven't seen my bf in 2 weeks and with him being in the academy and me starting school, who knows the next time we'll see each other. I know I'm frustrated and he's making it seem like it's nothing, which further pisses me off but oh well!

Here's something I think is helpful and eye opening to all of us who are counting calories and points

Wow!

Thanks for sharing that segment with us.  I'm too trusting of the NI and assume the products weigh what they're supposed to.  Yikes!

Eye Opener!

Thanks for posting that video it was very informative. So basically we have been fooled ! I need to leave those 100 cal packs alone anyhow. I also need to start using my scale although that digital one is a lot more easier to use.

Well I think that I am over my little fit I had earlier and soory to say that I did eat some things that I shouldn't have. Lets just say I have learned my lesson. Next time I will try something different besides eating food!

You are doing such a good job, you are motivating me to stay focused 100%, Keep it up and take care.

Wogging

I am proud of you for not giving up at the track.  When we take our doggie for a walk, she gets tired after a while too and it makes u just want to quit.  But its good that you did not do that!  You will see those pounds falling off!!  Enjoy the rest of your day.

Sounds to me like you...

...did 2 miles not one mile! A track is a 1/4 mile loop so 4 laps would be a mile. When you said you almost quit after lap 6, I thought, "She did 2 miles!"

Rock on!

Sounds like a great day! I hope the rest of your weekend is just as fabulous!

Caught up!

I just got all caught up on your blogs (sorry I was so behind) and I just want to say that you are doing fabulous with your points! I am so proud of you for "paying your bills" and keeping up with everything! You have no idea how great you are doing! I don't think the linguini is to bad for you. I would count it as 4 points for the pasta, 2 for the shrimp, 0 for the veggies, and 2 for the oils... so only one more point than you counted it as.

Now that's not very scientific, but after a while on WW you just start rounding things like that. You'll get it. You're already doing so great!

ITS A NEW YEAR!

HEY...IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE IN A SENSE MATURING...I HAVE LEARNED THE MATURING PHASE NEVER REALLY ENDS..YOU ARE CONSTANTLY UPGRADING YOURSELF! AS YOU GET OLDER AND I AM NOT THAT MUCH OLDER THAN YOU I AM 27 AND AS I HAVE GOTTEN OLDER I HAVE LEARNED TO LET LITTLE THINGS GO!! FRIENDS WILL DISAPPOINT YOU...LIFE IN GENERAL WILL DISAPPOINT YOU...BUT ITS THEN IN THESE MOMENTS OF REALIZING YOUR TRUE SELF, AND YOU DEVELOP A "I DON'T NEED THIS" KIND OF ATTITUDE AND THATS WHEN YOU START TIL REALIZE YOU LOVE YOURSELF MORE THAN YOU REALIZE AND WHAT PEOPLE OR "SOCIETY" OR YOUR FRIENDS THINK OF YOU DOESN'T MATTER. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK AND STRIVE AND WORK FOR YOUR GOAL STAY FOCUSED AND REACH FOR THE STARS!! HAVE A GREAT WEEK!

HEIDI

Way to go!

That's awesome that you wogged outside. I'm so proud of you.  And, wasn't that one of your goals?????
