It's Here!!!! 50 pounds Gone!!!

Well Ladies,
I finally did it...i've lost 50 pounds since i started weight watchers...i've lost a total of 75 pounds the past 20 months.  This is amazing...i'm so happy!!! Over joyed!! And talk about proud very very proud!!! 20 pounds to go to hit goal!!!  I started bike riding yesterday i love it!!! What a workout!!!  IT's amazing how just bike riding works so many muscles!!!! It's awesome!!!  Well just wanted you all to know!!!  Good luck to everyone this week!!! Eat well and exercise!!

50 pounds gone forever is right around the corner!!!!

Hey Ladies,
How are you all of you doing?  I lost another pound...down to 156...and soooo very excited!!!!  One more pound and I have lost 50pounds!!!!  Huge Milestone!  Then I will only have 20 pounds to go to hit my goal!  I just wanted to share my very exciting news....I hope you all are doing well too!!! Doing it and so very proud

Hey ladies,
I'm just so excited i have to share my news.  I'm down to 158 and enjoying every minute of it.  I have been up and down from 159 to 166 for about a month now it definitely gets super frustrating.  So i changed things up a bit and tada!  Down to 158 my goal is 23 pounds away so very do able.  My birthday is June 3rd I so very badly want to make my goal by then...so i'm working hard at it.  I just had to share my great news.  I"m just so excited...this morning when i got on the scale i started jumping up and down clapping and yelling i was just so excited that i had finally got under 160.  It's been 14 years since i've been under 160.  Well good luck to everyone this week!!! St. Patrick's Day Challenge!

Well Ladies,
Here we go again!  Those who met there Valentine's Day Challenge HUGE CONGRATS that is awesome you guys rock.  For those that didn't meet your challenge that's alright the next holiday is around the corner and gives us another chance to do it.  So lets all set our St. Patrick's Day Challenge.  Mine is 155.0  let me know what all of yours are.  A specific weight you wanna get down to or a specific amount of pounds you want to lose or even a size of jeans you wanna get into challenges can be many many different things, if cutting something out of your daily eating diet, or to increase your exercising.  Lets all set a challenge and work out way to a great and healthy summer that is hopefully around the corner....can't wait to here from you all.

Valentine's Day Challenge!

 How is everyone doing on their Challenge!  let me know how you are all doing.  This saturday is the big day....I have 4 pounds to lose so i'm hoping i will a get a miracle from god that i can lose 4 pounds in 5 day, lol.....let me know how all of you are doing...keep up the good and hard work, you all are doing great!

Ladies it's a GREAT DAY!!!!

 Guess what I have the best news ever!!!! I'm down another pound weighing in at "159"  did you see that 159 you want me to say it again 159, lol i'm soooooo excited, happy, on cloud 9....all those wonderful things we can feel i'm feeling, lol....all this hard hard work is paying off....i'm exercising every night hardcore too, running, workin out my arms, legs, abs, back, shoulders.....eating healthy, loving weight watchers...now i have to cut one point out of my daily allowed points...I'm excited!!!  GOOD BYE 160's and H   E  L  L O 150's!!!  Just had to share my excitement!!!

Plateau gone! Hip Hip Hooray!

 Well i've lost another pounds off that dag plateau....i'm so happy now I can work on my Valentine's Day Challenge!  I did change up my eating habits just changed up the things i was eating and i increased my exercise where i'm doing more intense exercising and more strength exercises and that seemed to work....Thank you for everyone kept me pushing along and for all the great advice we all need it at times in this great journey....Thank you....Jennifer

Why is this so hard?

 Why is it so hard to get past and out of the 160's I just don't get it....I totally see why people give up on this whole thing...I've been in the 160's since November....its begining to get very frustrating...so i reached 167 did great no problem then i went down to 165 got so excited then i about killed myself and my weight went back up to 172 i was so pissed....then i really worked hard got the wii fit and now i'm down to 161 and stuck like whinnie the pooh in his honey pot, haha....all i know is Monday better be a good day for me or i'm gonna scream....I'm so good at this handling my frustration i don't get mad and i just keep going but damn give me a break all i'm asking for is to get in the 150's that's only 2 pounds away but i don't want to come back in the 160's and i know that's gonna happen...i'm working so hard at this, harder now then i have the whole 6 months i've been on ww...so i just need hell i don't know what i need, lol....i do my wii fit everyday i'm gonna change it up a bit and cut my points back by one point maybe that will help and change up what i'm eating maybe that will work too...Relay for life is on sunday here you walk from 1pm to 6pm so that should definitely get everything moving for me too....wish me luck and please pray for me that monday is a wonderful day on the scale....Thanks for listening!!!    -Jennifer

Valentine's Day Challenge!

 Hey Everyone,

We should all do a Valentine's Day Challenge....

Mine is to lose 6 pounds-get down to 155...what is everyone else's goal challenge by Valentine's Day...just me these work...these keep you honest and working hard cuz you really want to meet that challenge....Let me know what everyone else's challege is.

Exercise is back full blast! It's about time!

 Ok, well I finally got the Wii Fit, and I absolutely love it.  Tonight will be my 4th night in a row doing it.  It's a lot of fun and i totally get my workout, sweatin and all and even sore the next day.  They have this exercise its called the jackknife its my favorite it really works your abs.  You lay on the floor on  your back then you lift your arms and shoulders off the floor at the same time you lift your legs off the floor and your hands touch your ankles it really works your stomach.  They even having a running one on there too i love that one..... last night i earned the long distance run you pretty much earn different exercises as you get better.  I love it cuz i can do it at home.  I do it everynight at 9pm my lil guy goes to bed at 8:30 so then that gives me time to do my thing without getting interrupted a million times...my husband goes to bed at 8:30 too so he's not sitting there watching me.  So its just me and my wii fit and i feel so good when i'm done exercising that's the best part.  Well i just wanted to share my exercising routine with all of you.  Tell me what you all do to get your exercising in.
