When life throws you lemons, you better make sure that you use splenda in that lemonade....
For the past two weeks- I've been "free range" dieting. No direction, just doing. I TRIED to watch my points (WW)...and I worked out almost everyday. But seeing that I havent lost much weight I have to re-evaluate my method. So today...I'm going to be strict about my points and workout 30 minutes everyday. I'm taking a yoga class this fall so I'm trying to add yoga into my workouts so I'm prepared.
I just know I'm not healthy, I'm always tired, my body aches, I just want to feel good!!!!!!!
After years with this weight, I sometimes begin to doubt if I'll ever make it below 200- but I don't have any choice. My doctor says I'm headed down the diabetes path and I will not let that happen. My daughter needs to see a healthy example and right now I'm not where I need to be.
So onward.....!!! Skinny me, you're coming out!
