You Have to Wonder
You really have to wonder why ExtraPounds site management refuses to manage this site responsibly. It has chased so many people out of the community in this last month, and it's a shame.
I can understand that, since their main purpose is the promotion of Phentemine and HCG, they would have faux users posting here to give testimonials to these questionable weight loss methods, but the volume of daily spam for products and services no one here will ever use, is puzzling. Why create a community only to destroy it?

I too felt a little driven off, after loving this sight initially. I could hardly find where anyone was posting at all. So, I joined Sparkpeople too. I am going to maintain both sites and post the same blog for both. I like the blog and community here a lot, but there are a ton of people on sparkpeople who are commenting and starting really interesting threads to read and comment on. Plus they have articles and other interesting things. The only downside is that it is CRAZY confusing. Gah. I can hardly figure out how to find someone's blog. Oh well, it will probably get easier.
Anyway, glad you're back!
