LOSE POUNDS MAKES PRIZES

WELL I LOST TWO POUNDS THIS WEEK BUT GAINED £42 YES I WON THE LOTTERY ........

I AM SORRY THAT IT ISN'T MORE AND I COULD SHARE IT WITH YOU ALL  BUT NO IT DIDN'T HAVE ANY MORE NOUGHTS AFTER IT BUT ITS A BOOST HOWEVER.

I HAVE LOST TWO POUNDS YIPPEE

11st 7lb how fantastic.

It is such a boost when you lose I love it.  I have my favourite jeans that I could get into but were a bit tight and by the end of day they hurt but I stil put myself (and other) thru it BUT NOW even when they are first washed they have a bit of room.  You only need to shed a few pounds to really notice I love it.

I cannot wait to be TEN SOMETHING hopefully that won't be long now.

Roll on those hot pants in the summer !!!! HAHAHAHAHA (not really I don't think I would ever have guts to wear them but you get my drift)

STILL DOING OK

Been very busy but still managing to keep within my points.

Not very good at keeping my blogs up to date and getting back to you all but will try and do it weekly from now on.

I am hoping for the weight to go down alot quicker than it is as I do have a deadline and target plan.  I am hoping to get down to 11st by end Feb and 10st 8 by end of March so I don't think that is too ambitious but it doesn't seem to be going down as quickly as I would've liked.

I am noticing my clothes are not as tight which is also nice and am going to try and do a bit more exercise if I can which should help.

Well I hope you are all doing well and I will speak again very soon.

STAYED WITHIN MY POINTS !!!

Well I went out for dinner last night and managed to stay within my points.  While I was there I was panicking about what to go for on the menu but managed to find something that was fine.  I had sea bass on a bed of spinach and loads of mixed veg on the side the three girls I was with all had steak and chips and bread and dips to start and they all had a dessert but I didn't I was very very good and now I have done my points tracker this morning and it has worked out even with the alcohol I have stayed within my points I didn't even go into my saved ones can you believe.  Bloody marvellous I say. 

Gonna keep this up and hope for bigger loss next week.

I THINK I AM DOING OK !!!

Well I have weighed myself today and I was 11st 11lb & 3/4 last weds and I am now 11st 10 exactly so I have lost 1lb & 3/4 which is ok I was hoping for more but I think I am due my dreaded star week soon so a bigger loss once that is out of the way will be acceptable.  I feel I have done very well tho and to be honest feel like I have lost more which is always nice.

I am out tonight for a meal at Cafe Rouge so hopefully be able to take my calculator and choose wisely.  Even if I have a salad that'll do me least then I can have a few glasses of wine and not feel naughty.

I think I have done this post right as I am still learning how to do this too.  Hope you are all doing well too.

BE KIND TO ME I'M NEW HERE !!

Well thanks to my big (well not so big now!!) sister I have started Weight Watchers this weekend ... yes started at the weekend so as you can imagine been a bit tricky but have found that wine is less points on WW than it was on Slimming World that I have been doing so that has helped me of course.  I have in fact kept within my points so I have been a good girl I think but we will see when I weigh in.  I have decided to weigh myself every wednesday morning instead of daily as I have been doing its not good that way.

As you can see I have put some picys on and have tried to show every couple of months whilst on Slimming World trying to lose the 5stone I put on with Albie.  I know I have lost about 4stone but have decided I need my photographer niece to advise me on how to get a better photo of me I don't seem to take good ones roll on being slimmer and she can do me a portfolio for my new hallway haha

I am going to sign off now cos I am not really sure what to put on this blog thing not used to this either - what with points and blogs to get to grips with in one week its enough to force me into using another 2 points on another glass !!!! hahaha xxx
