P90X - Day 4
Today was Yoga. I found that I am not very flexible and have bad balance. I'll keep trying as the program continues. =)

My daughter is a Yoga instructor. There are tricks. Center your body like you are hanging from a string attached to the crown of your head. Additionally, squeeze your buns whenever you are doing something that requires balancing on one leg—it tends to force your body into that centered position. Keep trying—you'll get stronger, and it will become easier.
