Day 13- 145.4lbs
Well, after eating a hotdog and mac & cheese for lunch yesterday, followed by fajitas (3 of them!) last night for dinner, I'm not too shocked that my scale read a little higher this morning! I'm now more determined than ever (now that I have about 10 lbs to lose to hit my first goal instead of 5lbs) to get moving on this weight loss!! So now I will be logging in my food for all to see on here! So far this morning I had my Advocare berry meal replacement shake for breakfast, a Starbucks grande coffee (black) with a handful of almonds for snack, and a peanut butter/jelly sandwich on high fiber whole wheat bread for lunch. I'll check back in after dinner with my total calories for the day!
