Great, I woke up at 5:30 am, yes, O Dark Thirty, and ran on the elliptical for 20 minutes then did 40 crunches (sadly, that was my limit!) I drank my meal replacement shake and grabbed my morning coffee and got to work! So at least I lost weight, lol, even if it is only .2lbs!! I wonder how Jackie is doing...
