A new beginning
Today is a new day for me. I decided about a month ago to do something about my weight. However, in true form - I decided that tomorrow is a good day to start.
Tomorrow is officially here. I have some weight to lose, mucsles to tone and the need to feel happy about me. My goal is to do this simply. No extensive measures to count calories or points(although it worked form me in the past.). No, this time the rules are simple:
1. Eat whole foods. That would be foods that have not been processed more then once or twice. Then eat only one serving.
2.Move. Period. No more excuses.
I know losing weight is hard, but for me this isn't just about losing weight, it's really about setting a good example for my children. While the rules seem simple for now, I know there will be challenges along the way some I will win and some I will lose. I really just want the will power to make it a lifestyle change.
