Weigh In Day
No weight loss this week, but I did lose an inch around my waist. So that's good, I guess. I just don't understand why I'm stuck in this rut. I'd be happy with just one pound a week, but I'm not even doing that. I obviously need to try something else, but I'm just not sure what to try. I think I'll start stepping up my workouts a bit. I could add a few more classes each week. I'm just not sure what to do food wise.
