Wednesday

Tomorrow is weigh in day, but I couldn't help myself from taking a peek at it today.  Well guess what, still no change.  Have I already hit a plateau?  It's so frustrating.  I go to the gym 5 or 6 days a week, and eat pretty well, but I can't seem to lose any weight.  I don't understand.  At least I'm not gaining anything, but I would prefer to at least lose half a pound.

Uuugggghhhh.  I'm so aggravated.

Try this

I realize you don't have a lot to lose, but as you said earlier that 5-10 pounds on a small frame can be a lot and you've already worked to lose weight previously from what I understand right? It sounds like you may have actually slowed down your metabolism which is what happens to so many of us who get on that diet wagon.  Please go out and invest in the book Ulrametabolism by Mark Hyman, MD.  You and your body will appreciate it!  I have followed the Six Week Body Makeover since March of 06 and I've gone from 250 to 176.  The six week body makeover contains the same message and principles as "Ulrametabolism" once I started seeing the results of what my body was doing I started major research (the geek in me) which is when I came across this book.  Anyway, my body has completlely changed I've gone from a 24W to a 8-10...and still going down.  Rev up that metabolism!  you'll never go back
