Well, I forgot to weigh in yesterday, so I did it today. And the good news is I didn't gain any weight, but, I didn't lose any either. Oh well.
I've been really good at working out, and I can definitely tell that my body is doing some changing. I think my problem is my eating plan. The problem is, well, I don't have one. I eat pretty healthy, but I guess I don't pay attention to how much I eat of it.
I guess I am going to have to put a plan in place.
