Before After

strategy

Here is my eating strategy, and I've stuck to this strategy really well for the past week and a half, except, of course on my birhtday.
brekkie: 400 calories
Lunch: 400
after school snack: 400  (i guess it's an after work snack, but after school sounds more fun.
Dinner 400

Any opinions from you guys, is 1600 an appropriate amount of calories for a woman who is 26 years old, and goal weight is 155 pounds, who works out as often as I can, I'd say "moderate activity level".
What do you think?

Sounds...

That sounds reasonable Emi, though I'm thinking 1600-1800.  Have you ever been to SparkPeople?  They have an assessment that will tell you your calorie range based your answers to a handful of questions.  Might be worth 10 minutes?  I think it's just sparkpeople.com.

Keep me posted,  = )  and thanks for your nice comments, I appreciate it.

The Daily Plate also has a good calorie estimator. I would think that 1600-ish would be good. If it's not working, experiment with adding 100-200 more calories or taking away 100-200 calories.

I would say

Your body will let you know if that's an appropriate number of calories for losing.  If it's not, you won't lose.  Sounds like a great plan, and you're so close!
