I have a renewed sense of obligation to my well being.  Today after I get off work, I will go to the gym no matter what.  Once I'm there, I'm going to burn as many calories as I can.
 
For lunch, I'm very tempted to eat left over chinese take-out. Other options in the house include a microwave dinner from SmartOnes, oatmeal, ww bread. If I really strive, I may be able to find one veggie or fruit somewhere in the kitchen.
 
I'm not going to spend any money on eating out food at least for today and tomorrow. Grocery shopping, at least to pick up some apples, should be done as soon as I can.
 
There's got to be some drive somewhere in me to change my eating habits and get back to exercising as much as possible.

Emi, feel the same way about food.  Since we're going to be eating out for 10 days, I don't want to start PRE vacation!  I'm too cheap.  I would rather have another pedicure!
 
Today was Chinese at work... I order spicy tuna roll and edamame but always take it home for DD16.  Got a manicure at lunch and thought about hitting Panera, but instead came back to the office and ate a protein bar, followed by an instant oatmeal and a plum for my afternoon snack.  I survived.  I need to learn to make good choices even when the options are less than ideal.
 
Enjoy your workout and thanks for the endorsement on Cardio Coach... I have to see if it will fit on my Shuffle... if not, I'll have to buy a for-real iPod so I can do them post vacation!

Hi Emi! Just wanted to stop by and say hello. I hope you find your mojo with exercise and changing your eating habits. Just eat the leftover Chinese and get it over with. Then go to the gym and burn tons of calories. And drink lots of water, too. Keep it up!
