Before After

Duh! I'm so busy trying to catch up ...

I forgot that maybe I should post a new 'blog' ..haha..  I love that word! I never in all my years thought I would be 'blogging'.. but I am having so much fun.  You guys all here are terrific!!

My morning started out early with a walk almost without DH because he was really irritating me to no end because he let that dumb clock go off for over an hour! He set the time for 4 instead of 5..duh!  I felt like smacking him...which I may yet before the day is over.  Had a great 30 minute brisk walk and then with smoothie in hand headed to work! I feel great today and like I'm really going to succeed this time.

I just wanted to thank all of you for your wonderful comments and I get so many smiles and laughs from your blogs and stories! Hope everyone has a wonderful day!!

Lunch plans - Chicken breast and spinach salad

Dinner plans - Crockpot chicken, roasted veggies and salad

LOTS OF WATER!!   snack bag has apples, oranges, pineapple, cheese stix and yogurt :)

Happy Monday!

It's a new day and I'm off to a good start! Walked for 30 minutes this morning and it felt sooo good! I'm finally getting my energy back. Putting on my IPOD and taking off.  I feel like I'm really accomplishing something.  Breakfast was Oatmeal and an apple.

Lunch plans - Grilled Chicken and big tossed salad

Dinner - Grilled salmon w/ wilted spinach and low fat cream sauce plus some roasted veggies and a salad.

Water Water Water!!! I really bombed on my water over the weekend! So I'm going to float today!! haha... Pick up your water bottles and lets drink up!!

Have a great day!

No cake!!

I have been so busy trying to read up on the posts here and it's amazing how all of your stories can motivate! Thanks so much for all of your kind comments on my blog and your encouragement.  It makes such a difference having someone that cares.

Had my grandbaby's b/d yesterday and had NO cake!! Yay!! I didn't even want it...stayed busy playing with Kaison and stealing kisses...haha.  I took a huge salad and goodies that were OP and nibbled on that.  So it can be done!

Hope everyone had a great weekend!!  Please send me skinny vibes for my weigh in tomorrow.

HAPPY FRIDAY!!

Good morning bloggerfriends!!  Hope everyone is having a great day.  My day started off with a walk this morning..yay! I am drinking my water (40oz down so far) and had a healthy breakfast.  Lunch will be a 6" Subway veggie  sandwich on ww.

Weekends are usually my hardest time to stay OP.  I will have snacks cut up and ready to reach for so that I don't get on a cookie binge.  Tomorrow is my grandbaby's 2nd b/d party so that will keep me busy.  I will have to stay away from the cake!  I feel very confident that I can.  We are having some healthy snacks there so I will go for those.

Today is a good day! Hugs to all.

A new start

Another birthday and I find myself continuing to gain weight. I am vey conscious of my weight gain and I think every day, I'm going to do something about this.  Today is that day.  I got up at 5:30 this morning and walked for 20 minutes.  I packed my lunch and snacks with fruits, veggies and salads.  A healthy dinner is planned along with another walk when I get home.

I have to put a stop to this! I was wearing a size 8 two years ago and now I'm in a size 16.  There has been so much stress in my life over the past few years and it has taken it's toll on me plus I have just become lazy.

I will make those changes.  I refuse to go to a size larger and it's completely in my control to change.

This blogging is new to me and I look forward to any support that I can find.
