We are all moved in!

Well the bad news first, I'm up 1 lb this week... BUT the good news is we are all moved into our new house now!!!!! It was a tough week for eating since everything was packed up so we were bad a few times, but all in all only gaining one pound, I am perfectly happy with that!
 
We've had a few dinner mishaps this week already, including me burning the bottom of our healthy pizza completely black!!! So we are back on track, but it's trying to fight back apparently, HA HA!

Oh well, I've already seen that pound I gain go away (I know, I know, stop stepping on the scale every morning! yeah right I say!!!) so I'm happy to keep moving on!
 
My goal at this point is to be down a total of 20lbs by the middle of August when my Grandma comes out for a visit. VERY easy to attain!

Time to fess up...

Life has been through some pretty big ups and downs since I was last on here! This includes 3 pregnancies, only one of which was successful, and my now beautiful baby boy Ryan who is just about a year and a half old! I finished my accounting designation, took my 1 year of maternity leave, did a major job change, we are about to move into our new house.... man we've been busy!!! And where is the one place I always turned to when I was down or stressed?? FOOD!!!

Well this time it's different. The husband and I are in it together, and we WILL succeed!!! I don't know that I'll specifically direct anyone to this wall just yet, more so I'll keep it as a place for my random chatter...

I can't believe I'm down!

Wow!!! I'm so happy!! I had the worst weekend eating bad food, and now I've been PMSing and just feeling really low on myself... and low and behold I had a loss this week!! Not huge, only 1.1lbs, but it's better than a gain!!!

Next week's challenge... travelling for work... again! I am leaving equipped with a plan, wish me luck!!

Hard week, but I'm still down!!

So get this! I've had the HARDEST week!! I'm still trying to recover from being on vacation, and here I have training all week with my company! I'm out of the office, and therefore away from all things JC!!!

Some of the things I've avoided include: hot breakfast (including pancakes, sausage, bacon, hasbrowns), desserts such as nanaimo bars, cookies, pastries, KIT KAT BARS!!! It's be HARD!!

And here I sit today down 1.9lbs!! that's .5lbs lower than pre vacation weight now! Awesome!!!

Great Vacation!!!

Well I was away from JC for about two weeks with being OOT for work and then being on vacation, and I'm proud to say that despite all my wrong doings, I only gained 1.4lbs!!!

WOO HOO!!!

Back on track 100% for me now though, and I'm comfortable and glad to be doing this again!

another good week done!

I had a couple mini struggles this week, but all in all I think I did great! I'm down another 3.5lbs this week! YAY!

Things are about to get a little tough though... I'm going away for business on Sunday, back Tuesday night, and then starting next Friday I'm on VACATION!!!!!  YAY!!!

Slow and steady

Well it would seem my nice fast pace days of 3 lbs a week are over, but I am still losing at a steady rate of 1.5 /week so I'll keep it!

This is my last true week on JC for a while... I have to go to out of town training for work, that's not going to be easy. Then come Sept 15th I'm on VACATION!!!! I'm sorry, but there is going to be a LOT of lobster while I'm on the east coast!!

Can't complain I guess!

So I told my consultant I'd be happy if I hit 30 lost... and I did! 30.3lbs total!! But I still wasn't happy because it was only a 1.5lb loss today! ah well!

Next week is another week!

Feeling pretty good!

So I've been feeling pretty good this week! Well finally anyways! I was sick for 3, yes 3, weeks and I'm finally not coughing so much or blowing my nose so much and I can get through the whole night without waking up with a coughing fit!

And I had a really good self control day today to boot! I had to go out for lunch with a co-worker, and knew I had a challenge ahead of me! Of course for some reason today to boot I have been SO hungry! I was sitting in this office ready to chew my arm off I was so hungry, I have no idea why! And with WI tomorrow to boot... yikes!

Then all of a sudden it dawned on me... What do I want more right now? I big lunch, or to potentiall say after tomorrow's weigh in that I have lost 30lbs?! I'm going with 30lbs thanks!!!

So I order the standard steak sandwich, cut it in half, ate only the steak and my salad and had tea to drink. I left feeling satiated, but not full, and SO proud of myself!

Now bring on tomorrow's WI baby!!!!

WOO HOO!!!

I had a fantastic WI today!! I'm down another 3.5lbs! This after a really hard weekend of a family BBQ, AND my husband and I had roast beef and baked potatoes with onions on Friday!

Oh, and guess what! TOMORROW IS MY BIRTHDAY!!! Think of me, while I go out for dinner with my husband to the Keg! I can't WAIT to have lobster!! DROOL!!!
